We worked with Debbie Peterson on the design and she was great! The customer service provided by Debbie and the Closet Factory was outstanding and very professional. We had gotten 4 bids from custom closet companies and we felt they were the best company for the job.Their prices are competitive and the quality is excellent. Their installation team was wonderful, too! We would definitely use them again.

Sales person was the best of several vendors I got estimates from. I had custom needs that were accommodated. Some other vendors could not deal with these.

We decided to abandon the projected bookcase because if it's cost.

The design consultant, Barbara Whelen, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I liked Barbara right away so I did not do any comparative price shopping. Once you pay your 50% deposit an appointment for installation is set about 6 weeks out. Final payment is due upon completion. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my closet. I would use Closet Factory again.

We met with Barbara, the sales consultant, who was very thorough. She came to our residence, measured our room, and provided us examples of other systems that she had designed. At this meeting she also provided us with an initial design and gave us options on materials for the cabinets/shelving and counter-tops. In a few days she provided us with more formal plans. We met with her again and made the final modifications that allowed us to meet our budget for the work. She also suggested a counter-top that complimented our floors. Barbara provided us with a timeline for the installation - 6 weeks out. The installers came on schedule and did an excellent job. They were very neat and professional and installed the system in less than two days. The office looks better than we imaged and is very functional. Several of our friends and neighbors have commented on how good it looks.

We contacted CLOSET FACTORY for a customized design for our hallway cabinets. Jeri, the designer, works with us for this project. She totally understands our needs and comes up with the design that we want. She went to our location for the measurement. And currently we are waiting for the delivery of the cabinets. Overall the experience with this company is very pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend this company to anyone who may need customized cabinets.

This started out with Sally coming over at our convenience and helping us with our needs. She was so professional and so accommodating to our needs. We settled on our price and the following week we had all our closets and cabinets completed. I highly recommend this company. They do quality work and use quality materials.

After some discussion, we settled on a mutually agreeable design and price. The designer was polite and professional. The workmen arrived on time and performed the work satisfactorily.

Based on a previous experience, I called closet factory to design closet and garage shelving and office furniture for a home I was remodeling back in February. Their local consultant, Barbara Whelan came to the house and drew up plans based on my needs. After a couple of visits and a few changes to the original plans on my part, the entire job was done over a two day span in April. Barbara was totally professional and extremely courteous. She was also very appreciative to my needs. The installation was done in a timely and professional manner. The installation staff also did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished.

The company was very professional and timely. They did everything they said they'd do and in the timeframe promised - which is very important to me. Lori was great. The installer were also good. The room looks great and it's exactly what I wanted.

They were very responsive and prompt. Ultimately their product wasn't really what I needed, so I did not award them the work (even though their bid was the most competitive). I would recommend them.

The designer was very professional and did a great job explaining the design services and details. He initially came to our home to measure the closets which he performed very professionally and efficiently. Then, we went to their design center to finalize the plans. The only thing that occurred which we were unhappy with was that one of the cabinets was not done with the right type of veneer. After some investigation, Closet Factory gave us a refund for the overpayment and they were very professional about the situation.

They were great. They did a very good job. I needed it in a hurry and they got it done very quickly and very well. I was very pleased with their work.

My first experience of hiring a custom closet install was quite enjoyable and the finished product was just what I wanted. The design consultant that came for the estimate was prompt and professional. He was flexible in the design to meet both the needs of the function of the closets and the limits of the spaces. From design to install took just 8 working days. The installers arrived early, laid down protective covers (since it was raining heavily) and had both projects done under 4 hours. I am very happy with the results, as is my very particular teenager.

These were done in two separate jobs and both went very well. The designer Mike Polisso was very creative and able to customize the units to fit our home. We were impressed with his drafting skills. Meanwhile the people from the cut/paste closet stores were trying to fit their units to our house. Since we have high ceilings we wanted the bookcases to extend to the top and attach to the studs all the way up. The other stores could not cut anything to fit. Closet Factory basically prepares the materials before coming to the site. Then they bring the materials and construct it at your site, measuring to make sure everything fits perfectly. The workers were polite and worked efficiently. They also allowed me to buy my own fixtures and they installed them. The best part is that they can improvise when they find a problem. For example, in the TV area, we asked them to cut holes and route the wires around and out to the computer area so we can attach our media center PC. They also worked with you on where you wanted cables routed, power strips installed, and holes cut for the cables. We even have one in our bookcase so that we can put a boom box there. A few years later, our pencil drawer fell off. We noticed that the screws were not long enough and also attached upside down, so gravity pulled it out. I called them back and Viji, the receptionist even remembered us, and they quickly sent a crew to repair, without charge. The crew was unsure how to bolt the drawer on, and I gave them a scrap piece of wood, and they cut it to size, and then bolted the drawer on from both sides through the file cabinets. We were impressed with their commitment to service, and fixing this drawer even after time had passed by. We were happy with this company because of the personal attention to detail, selection of wood finishes and materials, and customization. Face plates were all wood, and the sides and structure are melamine. The owners, designer and receptionist were all very friendly and easy to work with.

This was a small job but I may use them for major closet renovation throughout the house and garage. Farh Sodairy is a very pleasant designer and did well on this small job. See the photo. It's hard to see because it blends in so well. Its the shelf that the TV sits on. I have two new slots for equipment now.

Mike the designer/salesman was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He kept us informed about his arrival time, and contacted us several times during the design process to clarify and improve the product. Installation was done in a timely manner, meeting our schedule very well. The installers were efficient, punctual and accommodating. A few small details were not done as well as we might liked - but they were minor flaws - a drill hole in a shelf, a slight misalignment of a cabinet on a base, a few shelves that fit imperfectly. More importantly we had an installation date from Closet Factory before we could even get a design consultation appointment from a better known closet company. The quality of the materials is good and the end result is just what we were looking for. We did not get prices from other companies, so don't know how this price compares to others.
