Installation went smoothly. After about 1 year, the door hinge sagged so the door wouldn't close properly; there's only about 1/8 inch clearance between the door and the wall. They serviced it promptly and since then it has been fine.

The first job entails a new shower stall. It almost collapsed because the installer forgot to screw the parts together. I called them to come fix it and they charged me for fixing it! Graded this F. The second job was excellent installing a shower stall again. Graded this A. So, I averaged the two jobs and gave them a C.

I called CB after seeing the rating on Angie's List. I coordinated with Roxanne who was very accommodating. They came out and measured the space and were very helpful and the glass to a few weeks to manufacture which worked out great timing wise for the bathroom to be completed. The guys came out to install it and were punctual and professional and it was such an easy process. We are renovating another bathroom and this has a tub and we called CB again to have them measure and fabricate a glass panel as well and so far so great.

The whole process was smooth and professional. Measurements were accurate and the installation crew as competent and friendly. Two cost factors were that one of the glass panels included a substantial stepped notch to accommodate a granite shelf that ran the length of the wall and I selected the crystal clear glass instead of the standard glass (because I didn't want the greenish hue you would normally get with glass of that thickness), It was well worth the additional cost.

We got referred by our neighbor and the staff there are very professional. The price is reasonable and it is even lower than the quote we got from our general contractor. Three staff came over to install our oversized shower door and it went all well. It did get a lit leak in the corner, we called them and they came over right away and help us fix it. I will definitely use them in future.

CB Showers did an excellent job of working with the contractor and me in the design of a unique enclosure for an oversized shower with bench. They then built and installed this enclosure in a very timely manner with great attention to detail and quality in all aspects. At the same time, the company installed a new glass sliding doors over the tub/shower in the 2nd full bath and new mirrors in all 3 bathrooms. Again, both the quality and customer relationship were excellent. A couple of months ago, the pull on the sliding shower door was broken and I took it back and said I needed to buy a replacement. The customer representative gave me a new pull, said it should not have broken (after more than 7 years) and of course there would be no charge. This project was done about 7 1/2 years ago and I am still extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company.

It was in 2000, so I don't remember all the details. They did need to come back twice to modify the fit, but were prompt and it was finally all well done.

They installed a clear stall shower door, about 10 years ago. The measurements and installation were terrific. The door still remains crystal clear. All I do is wipe the inside of the door with a towel. Would definitely use them again.

They were very professional with their cost estimate, and installation of our shower stall. This was in the year 2000, so I cannot speak of anything more recent.

We had 3 new bathroon installations. They installed 3 diffrent type of shower enclosures. All went well. We even had an issue with one of them but they returned promptly and resolved the issue.

My shower doors were installed in the timeframe they had given me. They worked quickly and did a very nice job. They gave me all the information I needed as far as care and maintainance. I definitely recommend this vendor. You will be happy with the results.

It went pretty well. They had to make a return trip because they installed the wrong color hardware.

Punctual and professional. Good suggestions re type of product and finishes. Measuring man pointed out issues relating to work by GC and how we could address these issues to try and minimize their effects. Installers were extremely nice and took great care of our home protecting new carpets and floors. They made a great job of the installation considering wall problems in the master closet! Time from detailed measuring to installation was approx 2 weeks. Communication was good with front of house staff. Recommended.

They showed up on time, removed the old shower door and replaced it with a new door with opaque glass in less than 2 hrs. They were very professional, polite and completed the job in an expeditious manner. The new shower door works perfectly and the installation was perfect and met my expectations. I would use this company in the future for similar projects.

One of the services representatives was abrupt and impatient. Other than that, the service was fine.

Chose not to use them, the staff in the showroom first ignored us, then was very condesending. Went with DB showers instead.

CB SHOWERS WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH OUR BEAUTIFUL SHOWER ENCLOSURE. IT USES VERY LITTLE HARDWARE, BUT IS INCREDIBLY STURDY AND FUNCTIONAL.

This company made a special weatherproof seal for a door with rain glass. They also custom made the handle for the shower door. This shower is great. It has eight showerheads and two handheld showerheads.
