+ -1 moreNever met him....he just and quot;interviewedand quot; me and threw out a number and did not offer to view my bathroom and give me a true estimate
Description of Work: Called this provider and he did call back and this is why I did not grade him lower. I was very surprised that after speaking to me asking me what I needed done, he proceeded to tell me that he always guts the bathrooms and he finds that it is usually around $25,000 and the job would take between 6 to 8 weeks to finish. He then said if any of these numbers do not scare me, he would take the ride to look at my bathroom! I found it totally unprofessional....

+ 3 moreThe projects went extremely well. Mike Cacci did an excellent job of scheduling, project management and quality control. I have remodeled 7 houses in the US and Europe and Cacci is clearly the best contractor I have worked with. I will certainly contact him to bid for any future building or remodeling.
Description of Work: Kitchen remodel: demo & then all new granite countertops, installation of new appliances, re-plumbing, rebuilding cabinets to match existing, re-wiring and new electric panel, painting and finish. Bathroom remodel: new shower area to blend into bath area, granite, re-plumbing, tile flooring, new fixtures, fan, base boards etc. Painting walls and trim. Painted master bedroom to match.

+ 2 moreMike Cacci is the best contractor I've worked with (I have remodeled 7 houses). He was very thorough and responsive. The job was very well organized and run. The craftsmanship was top quality, the people involved were professional and courteous. It was a pleasant experience all around.
Description of Work: Extensive kitchen remodel. New countertops, splashbacks, appliances, electrics, cabinetry and paint / finish. They did a great job on time and so I have had them do two more jobs since.

+ -1 moreI have used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling about 4 years ago. The things that stood out are their pride in workmanship, overall quality that they provide and the sub contractors that they use. I spent $16,000. I will use them in the future.

+ 7 moreHe is extremely competent. He provided a schedule of when things were going to happen and they actually happened on the day that he said. He works with a team and he uses sub contractors if he needs them. His price is sort of medium. I didn't interview any other contractors. I would prefer not to cut corners and get an inferior product. He has worked on the house three times. He is so good at getting things done and his people are so nice.
Description of Work: I used Cacci Construction to do my kitchen. He is a general contractor. He took everything out including all the cabinets and the floor. He put in new counters, cabinets, flooring and windows. He modified a window into a bay window. He replaced all the lights and fan. He installed a built in refrigerator, sink, oven and stove. He did pretty much everything. He had previously done windows and a roof for me.
