+ 0 moreThey replaced several old apartment heater units for us recently. And we are happy with the service and the price. They seemed high but was better than other contractors we have quoted. We have also signed them up recently on a maintenance contract for HVAC for our building. We shall see on that. But the technicians I met and the office were professional.

+ -1 moreExcellent. The manager's goal for this 18 unit 5 level building was to have one plumbing company for all heating and plumbing components which they met. Below is a comment that I received from one of the resident owners: "They mentioned that after all the lines were cleared, they went ahead and did a super power-washing of the entire garage floor, to make sure that everything was clean and no debri was left behind. I still continue to be impressed with BAPH's professionalism and knowledge. I am so happy that we have a good company to work with now, that can do all the work for us, rather than us having to retain multiple contractors. They really are nice people."
Description of Work: The technician analyzed the problems with the hot water system as the hot water was not getting to the top floors. He was very thorough.The hot water system was cleaned and tuned up. He made a recommendation to get a new ignition for the water circulating pump and thermostat. In addition, BAPH cleaned out all the sewer pipes. Their prices were reasonable and they were very professional.

+ 0 moreIt went well from our first frantic phone call to the end of the day when the work was done. This company came to our house before, another emergency and it was handled well, in a very cost-effective manner and immediately. This company is unusual in that they are available all the time (it seems to me) and have someone very qualified to do the work when it is needed. Some plumbers put off a potential customer by saying, regardless of the problem, perhaps they can stop by in a week to give an estimate. This company is the one to call for all situations. They will come through for you.
Description of Work: We found a leaking pipe, hot water had been spraying under the house. Of course we found it on a Saturday and were lucky enough to find our previous information on this company. They again came through. Within an hour of our call, someone was here, assessing the situation, turning off the water and beginning to line up work for that day. We were told we had bad pipes, there had been a class-action suit 14 years ago when this should have been handled but the previous owner did nothing. (This was all documented and true, it was not a sales pitch.) He gave us options and outcomes and we freely chose to get new pvc pipes for our mobile home. The work was done that day, which is amazing and any little inconsistencies we found were handled immediately.

+ -1 moreAn individual from this company arrived. He spent a good deal of time studying his manual before and after he started working. He put two small inexpensive parts on. He did not seem to have any help or support from his company.
Description of Work: I asked BAPH to get the plumbing ready under the kitchen sink for the installation of a new dishwasher. They did not accomplish this task and I had to have another company come over to do it.
