MARSETTI A COMPLETE SERVICE

Marsetti was extremely professional in their communications and interaction prior to the work. The owner visited several times to ensure that all our expectations were met and to help us understand the work vs cost. During the scheduled maintenance, all items on our list were done. However, upon completion of the maintenance we realized that some of the work was lacking in quality such as: 1) planters were partially weeded, soil was partially raked, and in several places there were holes left where old plants were removed 2) annuals were not planted properly (Marsetti agreed to came back and replant a few days later) Overall, the work performed was good, however there would have been more attention to detail if workers had better supervision. For the price paid, compared to other landscaping companies, we expected more attention to detail. We do recommend their service however, homeowners need to ensure that workers are closely supervised during the actual work.

Tried to get him to stop by my rental home to give a price quote for regular lawn & garden upkeep. He finally said his minimum charge would be $250 per month. That's absurd. That's more that 3 times higher than any other quotes I've gotten.

It was for a rental home. They had to coordinate with the tenants. They killed the lawn, dug it up. Because of bad weather conditions and tenants schedule, it took longer than anticipated to complete the project. They did complete by the end of the year as we requested.

They are going to pull down everything that has overgrown tremendously, put everything back where it belongs, and are probably going to set up extra sprinklers. As things are right now, it looks like they are doing okay, and they seem pretty professional.
