+ -1 moreSalesman was Arad who was very knowledgeable and had the lock in stock. He scheduled the install that week since I needed the lock right away. Overall, excellent service. I will definitely go back. The store also has an extensive collection of knobs and pulls, and other kitchen/bathroom items.
Description of Work: Purchased a Baldwin lock ($450) and had it installed for $250 (included placing holes in the new door for $50). Another locksmith (in San Mateo) would have had to order the lock (it takes 2-3 weeks!).

+ -1 moreEXTREMELY PLEASED WITH OBVIOUS EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE TECHNICIAN. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND CLEANUP WAS PART OF THE JOB. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT SECURITY OF OUR CURRENT LOCKS, AND RECOMMENDED ADDING THE MORE SECURE DEADBOLT.
Description of Work: REPLACED 3 LOCKS AND INSTALLED NEW DEADBOLT LOCK, AND MADE 10 NEW KEYS. MADE 2 TRIPS TO HOUSE AND ONLY CHARGED FOR ONE.
