Very well. Anton was courteous, prompt, honest and did a great job to fix our appliance.

He was very professional, but the job is incomplete and I have not paid anything yet.

Igor arrived within the time frame he gave on the phone. He inspected the refrigerator and told us what was wrong and gave us an estimate of the cost. He knew what was needed to be done and proceeded right away, explaining what the problem was and how we could handle it in the future. I was satisfied with his professionalism and know-how.

He was able to order the part, kept me informed of the delay due to Christmas rush and came as soon as the part arrived.

A-Z Appliance Repair did a great job. I had wasted two days on the phone begging Sears to just come out and look at the washer. Then I called A-Z, they came out the same day and did a great job fixing the washer.

Very well. He came in, quickly analyzed the problem, gave a rough estimate of what it would cost (i.e., special parts would need to be ordered), ordered the parts, came in the next day on time as promised and quickly did the repair job within his estimate.

Sam did a great job. He showed up on time, told me my fridge was easy to repair and that it was less expensive to repair it than to buy a new one; and then very quickly repaired it on the spot.

Very satisfied with the work that he did. He explained everything, and he called the day before to remind me of our schedule and he was on time.

I can't claim to understand the technical details perfectly, but the fridge went right back to working like a charm and the visit only took an hour and it saved me having to buy a new refrigerator, so I'm really happy! Also very happy with same-day service!

The upper rack was not getting enough water, so he ordered and replaced the arm assembly thinking it would fix it. It did not. Took 2 more calls to get him back out and he said I needed to call someone else as he couldn't fix it. There were $54 in parts, a labor charge of $85 + a service call of $65 for a total of $204. Still does not work and I need to now call someone else.

Sam was great. He came out the same day I called to assess the situation and ordered a new part that day as well, letting me know he'd be back in two days once the part came in. He was unable to reach me (my phone was acting up and he's not the only one who let me know this), so I called him the following day (Friday) to check in. He immediately knew who I was and said he could come Saturday AM to fix the stove since it was too late in the day on Friday already. I said it was okay to come on Monday instead - and he did. Each time he came, he was early and was very upfront about the costs of things. Additionally, there was a spring missing from one of my knobs and he went out of his way to get a replacement spring and came back to drop it off. He was concerned about me not getting to it in time and wanted to make sure we didn't accidentally have the gas on with no fire (which is a real thing with three toddlers in the house). We will definitely use A-Z again!

He had me help him move the dryer stacked on top before he could replace the gasket on a front loader. (What?) it still leaked a little so he claimed that a water delivery hose was the problem, so he went and got that part and replaced it, when we put back the dryer on top and started testing the washer, it made a lot of noise that was not there before. Then he claimed he didn't do it and said there was an error code on the machine before. He then called his "partner" to come over and look at it. By that time, he had spent about three hours here already. His partner came over, removed the gasket that he replaced and readjusted the water hose that he replaced. He had positioned the water hose too close to the drum so that when it went into a spin cycle, there was a lot of noise and friction. The gasket and hose problem was fixed in all of 2 minutes. without having to remove the dryer as we did before! Also when he was testing the washer, the water exhaust was pulled out so that water spilled all over the floor which I had to clean up after him. It was a huge mess! The original problem is fixed now but could have been done in just a few minutes as demonstrated by the other guy. It was quite an ordeal!

Spoke with representative on Wednesday. I was told he would order parts and would call me on Friday to tell me the time he would arrive on Friday. He asked my preferred time and I say either 10 AM or 2 PM. By 1:30 on Friday I had no call and called the service. They seemed confused and asked if they could schedule for another day. I said no and cancelled the call.

I discovered that our refrigerator stopped working on a Friday evening. I called Sam on Saturday morning and he was able to come out by Saturday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the inoperable parts. He also vacuumed underneath the fridge which I am sure was nasty since I don't think I have ever cleaned under there plus he gave me the opportunity to dust behind the refrigerator before we moved it back into place. He even took the time to explain to me how I could replace the water filter for the refrigerator on my own. My family and I certainly appreciate Sam's knowledge and quality of work. Our refrigerator runs like new now so we would definitely recommend him.

Every thing went excellent. Called and he arrived in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable of all large appliance operations. Fixed the main problem and made recommendation for replacement of another badly worn part. Both included in 1 hour labor charge. Gave advice on correction of restricted air flow problem to improve dryer efficiency. Does charge for service call separate from labor charge. Would definitely use him again.

Fridge broke on Sunday night (two loud pops and a nasty burnt electronics smell and the compressor didn't turn on afterwards), so I called Sam first thing Monday morning. He was able to come over at 9am and he was right on time. He quickly assessed the situation and found the broken part (compressor start controller). He left to go get the part from his supplier and came back and told me that no one had it and that they had to order it and that it would come the next day. Thankfully, Sam brought over a "universal" third party part that he was able to hack onto the fridge to get it working so that all our food was saved! The next day, Sam brought over the correct part and put the fridge back into complete working order. Sam was professional, knowledgable, and a real life saver. He offered up some tips on how to prolong our dishwasher and laundry machine's lives. He also guarantees his work for 90 days. My only complaints on the price was the price of the part. He charged $95 for the part, but I saw that you could order it online for $30. I'm not one to begrudge a man his ability to make a living, but this felt like one of those "let's see how much I can charge and get away with it" kind of things. Anyway here's the cost breakdown: Initial service call and assessment: $65 New fridge part: $95 Labor to install the new part: $85 He didn't charge me for the new "universal" part that he used as a stop-gap fix until the real part came, but I'm guessing it was rolled into the costs anyway. One last complaint was that he caused the fridge to leave a large gouge in our wood floors in the kitchen even though I laid down a piece of cardboard to try to protect the floors. The experience wasn't perfect, but I would use Sam again if something else broke.

Sam was prompt and he identified and fixed the problem right away. He charged a lot---$70 for the call and $90 for labor for less than 1 hour and a good part of that writing up the invoice. There was an issue with getting the refrigerator back into the cubby it had sat in. Apparently the unit required shims on the floor to keep it properly balanced and he was unable to lever it back by himself. I tried to help, but he said we needed an additional person. He said I would have to call someone to do that. I countered that he was in the major appliance repair business and should have brought someone if this was going to be required. As a woman living alone I would have no way to do this. I reluctantly paid him as I felt I had no choice and he left. I have a refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen with no idea how I am going to get it back into the appropriate position.

Water was leaking out of freezer. Repair man arrived early. Explained things well. Told me how I could fix it myself for less money. I had him fix it as I was leaving town.

He was totally great. I called at 9 and he was here by 11:15. He was nice, organized, entirely on top of everything and said he'd be back later with the part to repair our fridge. Awesome experience all around.

Sam came to our house 2X. He attempted to fix our refrigerator, went to the parts store, and got us the part he thought was needed. When the part didn't work he only charged us for one service call even though he came to our house 2X and took another trip to get the part. He was punctual, polite, and probably "overly" generous to us in what he charged.

I knew something was wrong with my freezer when the items in the door started to thaw. The interior was no longer freezer temerature and the motor only had a slight hum. In dire need, I called A-Z and explained the urgency of my problem with Sam being worried everything was going thaw. He was already on the road to another appointment, but called them that he would be a little late due to an emergency. Sam got right to it and in no time had all the ice removed putting it back in service. I really appreciate him coming out so quickly and saving the day.

They did not actually come out for a service. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable. I explained the stove I had and what had happened. He was able to launch in to a full description as to what could have happened and what I needed to do to calibrate the oven temperature. He was very helpful and responsive. He was also very friendly and professional.

Spoke with Sam on a Tuesday, and he scheduled me for 9:30 on a Thursday. When I called him at 9:45 on Thursday he told me he had no recollection of speaking with me, and I wasn't on his schedule, but he would call me back in 10 minutes when he wasn't driving. I was annoyed by then, but he did, in fact, call me 10 minutes later, apologized for the problem, and told me he could see me at noon. He showed up at noon, diagnosed the problem, had already brought the part he thought I might need, and replaced it. He also gave me some additional pointers about how to save money with my dishwasher, explained how the air gap worked, etc. He was very helpful and fast, and I was so pleased with his work that the original oversight was forgotten. In fact, before he left he did mention that NOW he remembered speaking with me and was very sorry for the inconvenience. I would call Sam and have him repair my appliances again in a heartbeat.

We were able to make an appointment quickly and Sam showed up on time. My fridge and freezer were getting too warm before they cooled off again. I described the symptoms to him, and told him that if I messed with the chill control I could get it to turn back on. He replaced the defrost timer and left. When the symptoms stayed the same, he came back the day after I called, on a Saturday, to replace the chill control. This time, the fridge got colder, but the icemaker was now broken. He scheduled time for Monday, came promptly, and explained that he had messed something up and fixed it, again with no charge. While he did fix it in the end, and he didn't charge me for not getting it right the first time, I was annoyed that he had to come back three times to fix it. He didn't listen very closely to the symptoms I described, which I think should have indicated it was the chill control and not the defrost timer. He also wasn't very careful pulling the fridge out, and left gouges in my wood floors.
