+ -1 moreOur house was built in 1965 and the garage floor was stained with oil and paint, along with multiple holes and cracks. After speaking to Mark by phone he came by to measure the space and we selected the color. He had samples of all the colors/chips and he explained the process thoroughly. We scheduled the job which was a two-day process consisting of diamond grinding, filling cracks and holes, base coat, epoxy coat, chips and final sealant. Mark and Ben were meticulous in their work and made sure we were happy with the color chip coverage of the area. The whole process went smoothly. They were prompt, professional and responsive to all our needs. They cleaned up the area thoroughly after each day and gave us instructions as to drying time and floor care. They did a truly exceptional job and we are thrilled with our beautiful garage floor.

Description of Work: We always get several bids on work that is done at our home. Southern California Garages provided the fairest price out of 3 bids. I can't say enough good things about this team. I was amazed at their efficiency and the quality of their work. In addition to all of that, they are wonderful people. We would, without hesitation, use them again and will refer them to anyone who might require someone who can do a superior job of adding an epoxy layer to a cement surface. Our garage looks beautiful!!
