RONDY'S GLASS SVC

They were great and reasonable. Came out soon, estimated the job, came out next week and fixed it. We were so impressed we had occasion a few weeks later to have a door turned into a window so called them. They came out, gave us an estimate, told us what the job would entail, who they contracted with for certain parts. All workmen were fantastic, quick, personable, professional, and cleaned up the area after their parts were done. Would definitely hire them again.

Originally spoke with the manager "John" who provided me with a quote. I'd shopped so I found his estimate to be in the ballpark. He sent a technician out to make the "exact" measurements and once that was done, I gave the go ahead for the work to be completed. The installers "Mike" and "Moe" were punctual and got to work promptly. The installation went off without a hitch. They further impressed me by thoroughly cleaning up remnant pieces of broken safety glass which was still on the patio deck from when the window was originally broken! Once they completed all their tasks, they asked me to inspect the work before signing off on it. They were professional, start to finish!

Fantastic! The sales rep was helpful, gave helpful suggestions and was patient with my questions. He kept me posted on the progress of the order, accommodated to my schedule for install. The install went smoothly, and quickly! The entire job was completed in one day, with no tell tale mess left behind. It's been several months and I am very pleased with my new windows. I have given the name of this company to several friends and neighbors.

So we initially called several locations closest to our residence, but none could make with to our placed within the week. So then we called Rondy's glass service and they were able to send one of their workers to take a look at our situation within a couple of days. When they arrived, they provided a through assessment of the windows, and told us they both needed to be replaced as they could not be repaired. They stated that the estimate was pro-bono. After agreeing to get the windows replaced, it took them about 2 week to procure the inventory, and they called us back to schedule a day for installation. On the day of the installation, they were punctual and professional, and got the job done in an efficient manner. The windows they installed fit and looks just like the originals and match the remaining halves. The total cost was congruent with their estimate, and we were very pleased with their work.

We replaced all the windows (and front entry door) in our home, but opted to do it over 2 phases due to budgetary constraints. We hired Rondy's Glass Service (George - sales) for the 1st phase, which included replacing 6 windows. We were pleased with our sales contact (George) who promptly responded to all our questions and was able to provide a solution that fit our budget and timeframe. Where things went bad was the installation. The quality of the installation was sloppy, e.g., caulking smeared on interior window frame and wall, excessive caulking around exterior window frames, and interior window trim cuts not even and with gaps, etc. When it came time to begin the 2nd phase of our window replacement (5 windows, 1 sliding glass door, and front entry door), I obtained a proposal from Rondy's Glass Service (George) for windows only including sliding glass door. Without going into great detail, Rondy's increased their proposal by over 20 percent after I told them we were going to finance this phase through the HERO program. I was disappointed not only in the poor installation quality from the 1st phase, but also they felt the need to change (increase) their proposal at the last minute. Needless to say, they did not get my business for the 2nd phase and unfortunately would not be able to recommend Rondy's Glass Service to anyone needing windows.

Very professional. This is a mobile service which I requested. The cost is higher because I am paying for the convenience. They showed up on time and performed the work very fast. Excellent service.

The job went very well. On the day of install George called at 8am to let us know they would be there at 8:30am. I had removed the window coverings and relocated furniture for his guys to access all the windows. The Rondys Glass crew was careful, great to work with and professional. All the old windows were removed, they were able to remove the old sliding glass door frame without any damage to the stucco, this enabled a full size sliding glass door installation. The new windows are very nice, and with just a few days with them seem to be helping with the A/C, I celebrated the install with bumping down the temp to 78F during the day from 79F. September is normally a very hot month for us, and it will be a good test.

Technician was prompt, polite, very knowledgeable. Did not try to pressure me into "upgrading" to more expensive option just because it was covered by insurance. In fact, did just the opposite! He explained the different options but told me to go with the one that was closest in quality and build to the existing windows which was also the least expensive. He returned a few days later at the agreed upon time. He finished in less than an hour and even kindly installed the (new!) alarm sensor.

I needed to have the very old windows replaced in my mountain cabin--upstairs, downstairs for a total of 10! I dreaded the thought of the mess and the cost, but I sure changed my attitude after working with the guys at Rondy's Glass. From the estimate to the finished installation, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

Existing windows were a solid piece of glass in an arched frame in the wall. The Rondy's guys had to remove the solid pane, cut the rounded corners at the top of the frame/ opening, both the inside and outside and install the new windows. Note here: each window was just slightly different in size. The new windows look great. The Rondy's guys were great. Clean up was pretty good. We are very happy with the overall job and would recommend Rondy's to friends and family.

They were really good. They were awesome. We spoke to George and he had two guys with them. They were really nice people. They cleaned up all their mess. They finished the work quickly. They did an excellent job and we did not have a problem with them. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Would highly recommend the work they did from start to finish.

I removed an old A/C window unit from the foreclosure we purchased. We found the old frame in the garage but the glass was misisng. I called Rondy's after being recommended to them by my realtor. The service was excellent! From the initial price quote call to walking out with it. I was there less than 10 minutes and the price was the same as Lowe's or Home Depot just cutting it for me (not installing it in the frame like Rondy's did). Would recommend and plan on using them for window/glass needs in the future.

The windows shut out the noise and weather. They were excellent! We were very pleased with the windows and these guys were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and we would definitely use them again.
