Mr. Zeffery was very professional in making suggestions for the design, putting together the final design, and explaining the various options. It was clear that he wanted us to be happy with the end result. Mr. Zeffery followed up quickly, and immediately answered any questions that I had and followed up with revised drawings and estimates. Mr. Zeffery and his team arrived to do the work on the day promised. The quality of the woodwork was very good, and Mr. Zeffery once again clearly wanted everything to be done correctly. There were two minor things that needed to be fixed after the job was completed, and once again, Mr. Zeffery quickly returned to make those things right. The only negative that I have to report is that one of the subcontractors was sloppy, although once again, Mr. Zeffery returned with the subcontractor to make certain that things were completed to our satisfaction. Overall, a very good job, with good quality, and at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend.
