The Redlands Moving company made our move as effortless as we could have ever imagined,, the office staff was very clear on the process and cost, and the professional movers they sent out did a great job. Hourly they were not the cheapest but their men worked so fast we feel we saved money in the end and had no damage to worry about. Thank you, Aaron, Doug, and Mario.

We had Robert, Jason, and Dave out to our home and they were able to get us out of our home in Yucaipa up to Crestline with 3 flights of stairs. These were the best professional movers we have ever come across and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for local movers in the future

We were referred by our friends who used Redlands Moving as well as our realtor from the Perrie Mundie Group. Once we called and booked our move with James and Richele and they both were attentive to our needs. Although we were apprehensive about having people in our home, our movers Robert, Jason, and Aaron were amazing.

We used Redlands moving for our out-of-state move to Arizona and we could not be more grateful. We were given a guaranteed price by the estimator who came out to our house and the office staff followed up with us weekly to make sure things went as planned. The movers made it seem effortless and we had a 2,500 sq ft. home, no damage, and no complaints whatsoever.

Despite needing professional packing services on top of moving services they pulled together a great 4 man team to get my family moved from Redlands up to Lake Arrowhead without any damage.

I have used this company twice. Once for a local move and just recently for an out of state move. This company is fantastic. They are not over priced and their customer service is top notch. I also made this reservation about two weeks prior to my move and they were able to accommodate me. From Debbie, who scheduled the appointment and details to Mike the driver and his work crew did an outstanding job. The were quick and wrapped all my items in cargo blankets and shrink wrap. These are truly honorable people. After having to fire a different moving company on moving day, due to hiked prices on day 1, Debbie was able to get us taken career of at a very short notice. Not only was the price reasonable, there were NO hidden fees nor holding our furniture hostage until payment. They are the moving company that truly cares and goes there extra mile for you. If you are moving don't look any further, I won't recommend any other company, these guys are absolutely THE BEST!

Redlands (Big Bear) Moving came to our rescue. We initially hired a scam criminal moving firm posing as a nationwide mover. They loaded half our 3 bedroom household onto their truck and raised their price over $10k while holding our belongings hostage. I called Redlands at 9 PM after calling my attorney and the County Sheriff. The attorney said his fees would be more, with no guarantees, and the Sheriff said this was a civil matter. Redlands gave us good advise, told us to place a "stop payment" on the check to cover the bloated fees and negotiated the release of our belongings for a ransom payment of $1,456. The owner and President of Redlands went to the storage locker where our belongings were held and recovered the items in their truck. They then loaded the remaining furniture in our house, along with the recovered items, into a 53 foot semi and delivered them to our new home 800 miles away two days later. Nothing Redlands touched was damaged. Many dishes, glasses and pieces of fine china the criminals took were destroyed, and other valuables were stolen. If it wasn't for Redlands we would have lost everything.. Thank You Redlands!

They're also known as Big Bear Moving, Inc. Dave helped us set up the moving appointment. We had to move about 80 miles within California, and Sundown and Shawn gave us great service. They worked non-stop for long hours, were careful with the furniture, and courteous! Very satisfied with this company

Randy, owner, was a delight with whom to work, personally came to assess the work needed, answered all our questions/concerns, & gave us a written guaranteed price. When loading day arrived, my husband knew we were working with a conscience group as the first task David & Joel attended to was to cover the entry door & frame with a padded quilt. Bed headboards & frames were taken apart, TV wall-mounts were removed, & pictures & TVs were first wrapped & placed into special boxes. Other packing, transferring to the van, loading, etc., was done with perfection; no walls or trim were damaged. David & another assistant arrived in Graeagle on time, again wrapped the entry & got to work. All beds, headboards & linens were taken up stairs & set up; not easy access & no marks found on any walls, trim or doors! TVs, pictures, dishes were unloaded as carefully as they were packed. Everything has been unpacked. Not a dent or a break! A wonderful experience! We definitely would use Redlands/BigBear Moving again & give our highest recommendation to you.

We used them two times. Once in April and once in June. Both times they were great. Overall, definitely A. They din't break anything. They didn't screw up anything. It was really amazing. They're very conscientious. They pay attention to detail, and they're very pleasant. Quality, A for sure. Oh sure, I'll absolutely use them again.

I would never hire them because they are totally unprofessional in their total lack of reply to emails, not answering their phone or returning voice messages.

Michael and Ronald were punctual, polite, thorough, and careful. They safely moved a grandfather clock, 54" TV, several boxes of Waterford crystal, some China dishes, and one very large piece of pottery....all intact! the only item that broke was a LR torch style lamp, apparently the cement bases come apart/break easily. So move those with care! They did run out of room on the truck for several smaller items, which wasn't a big problem for us since we moved fairly local. Just took a couple carloads to get it. So, my advice is to discuss the amount of your stuff so they can estimate the correct size truck if you're moving any distance. We do recommend Redlands Moving and Storage, and would use them again in the future.

We originally chose this mover due to its high reviews on Yelp/Angie's List and competitive guaranteed price. This low review is due to a delay of more than ten days past the initial target delivery date, spotty communication, and no willingness on the part of the company to give a discount due to the delay. Our initial experience was very positive with Peter coming out the next day and doing a comprehensive evaluation and quote. We liked the price compared to some of the big moving companies as well as the promise of end to end customer service. I called back two days after the original quote, and it took five calls over three days to reach someone who would actually put us on the books to move. This was one and a half months prior to the move. At this point, our one requirement was that our belongings be in Seattle on a specific day due to our jobs starting after that. The pick up day was chosen based on our desired delivery day, which were July 6th and 10th respectively. We were frustrated by the phone tag, but still excited about the price and service. Over the next few weeks we received calls from our move coordinator saying one minute that we wouldn't be able to do a given day, then saying we would a few hours later. The day before the move, we got a call saying we would have to delay pickup because a driver was unavailable (due to recent injury). We explained that this was unacceptable because the buyers of our house were moving in the next day. To their credit, someone came in out of retirement to drive the truck to our house for the pickup, which we appreciate. During the same phone call the day prior to the move, we were told by the moving coordinator that they probably couldn't meet the delivery date due to a truck breakdown. At this time they said that the stuff would likely arrive on the 12th instead of the 10th. Ok, fine, but that was the whole point of our scheduling the pickup when we did. On the day of loading, we signed the final contract with a day of loading, but no day of delivery (which we stupidly didn't notice, because we just checked the lock-in price and delivery address and signed). The loading went well, everyone was nice. They didn't protect our entryway for the first half of the move (when we noticed), and slightly damaged the step to the front door. They told us that the truck would be leaving for Seattle on July 7th. On July 9th, we received a call saying our stuff would be indefinitely delayed, probably another week. I asked what they were going to do to make it right, and was told a sob story about how they were low on drivers and their trucks needed repair. Let me be clear. I don't care about the logistics of your business. I want my things to be there on the agreed upon day, and in good shape. We still do not have our things a week later. We have spent several hundred dollars on necessities we didn't think we would end up needing if we had our things even remotely on time. Additionally we had to purchase two air beds/sheets/pillows/other necessities for ourselves and our parents who flew in to help us move, and had non-refundable flights. I would love to leave a better review. I know this company is trying to do their best despite multiple set-backs. However they should not expect me to care about their logistic issues if they don't care about my financial ones. Bottom line, summer is a busy time and I understand that, however if the delivery date were a potential issue then they should have planned for a buffer instead of leaving no wiggle room in the schedule. They also were not forthcoming with any updates, each time I was updated on the delay it was after me calling them and waiting hours to a day for a response. I would be happy to make this an "A" review if we were appropriately compensated for the costs incurred due to the delay as well as having a smooth delivery of our belongings in good condition.
