Monteros Hardwood Flooring

Very great experience working with Javier of Monteros Hardwood Flooring on ~1,500 sq ft property. Javier is professional, was well prepared at initial inspection, completed within estimated schedule, and at a very competitive price. I would absolutely use Javier again and recommend anyone needing new flooring to call Montero Hardwood Flooring.

We are very happy with the work done. Our floor looks beautiful. The owner guided us throughout the whole process from choosing the type of wood and educating us on the best options. We would defiantly hire them again.

They provided a competitive bid, they performed the work with no issues. They were on time and completed the work with no issues. My biggest concern is always what happens afterwards if you have an issue. Well we did we did some minor damage ourselves, and we contacted Javier he agreed to come out and repair what we had done, at a fair and reasonable price.

Awesome! Javier came and quoted me a fair price for the wood floor install. I found a product and he worked with his sales rep to get the flooring that I wanted. Javier and his crew were punctual, and very professional. My floors look awesome! I’m already looking to extend my project and rehire Javier and his crew!

We initially scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, Oct 16th. That morning, I received a call that they weren't able to keep the appointment and would have to reschedule. I asked them why they weren't able to make it and they said its because they didn't realize that I was in Anaheim Hills and they had to go to LA that day. They had my address prior to the appointment so that was a red flag from the beginning. We ended up rescheduling for that Friday at 2:30. I requested a courtesy call if they weren't able to make it that day. On Friday, they were a no call, no show and I haven't heard from them again to this day.

Javier and his team restored my hardwood floors so that they look like new. Communication with Javier was always smooth. He explained the process and what to expect. He and his team were always on time and very professional.

Monteros was very responsive, even on the initial call. Upfront about cost and time frames based on the info I gave them. Javier, the owner, gave me options. My wife considered laminate for the whole however Javier suggested we refinish the original and use vinyl in the k&b. It was the best idea ever and very cost effective. He and his team were on time, friendly and professional. They wasted no time on getting to it. They over delivered on everything. They even helped me install my toilet. The floors are amazing! They have not looked so good ever. Not even when we bought the house. They replaced the damaged wood. Installed baseboards and gave our house the feel of home. We are grateful to have had Monteros Flooring work on our floors. We only wish we woulda found them sooner. They transformed our house and made it look better than new. The price was unbeatable. Local, family team. We will and do recommend Monteros to anyone considering updating their floors or even just bringing them back to life. Thank you guys!

I called Monteros Hardwood Flooring on Friday and requested a quote. I provided them with a list of times we were available and they informed me 8AM the following morning worked for them. They requested I text my address, which I completed as soon as I hung up the phone. Saturday came and no Monteros Hardwood Flooring. I texted again to find out if they needed help finding the house and still no response. I have yet to hear back from them. What a disappointment and a waste of my weekend morning!

My floors are beautiful!!! Javier and his team did an absolutely amazing job refinishing the neglected hard wood floors in my recently purchased fixer-upper. The floors were in poor shape and I thought we were looking at tearing them out and starting over. Javier did his magic and it feels like a new home. Thank you Javier and team!!!

Let me say that Monteros Flooring is top notch! They arrived 15 mins earlier than scheduled! I can always appreciate someone who is not only on time but even arrives early! I made a call on a Tuesday morning and that afternoon, the elder Montero came to give an estimate. They reinstalled the flooring yesterday and finished within 7 hours! They are extremely polite, courteous, punctual, efficient, and friendly. You can see that they take pride in their work and take their time to do things right! They were eager to ask any questions I had and thoroughly explained the job at hand. Not only did they install the flooring, but they also attached the baseboards to the wall and even helped with reinstalling the front door so that it sat level with the floor. Anytime I felt there was a potential problem, I let them know and they answered with a smile and said that it would be easily taken care of and fixed. They are extremely professional and have an outstanding work ethic. After they cleaned up after themselves, it looked as if nobody had ever come by to to the job at hand. You will not regret hiring them for your hardwood flooring needs! 5/5! Bravo! Amazing job!
