Let me say that Monteros Flooring is top notch! They arrived 15 mins earlier than scheduled! I can always appreciate someone who is not only on time but even arrives early! I made a call on a Tuesday morning and that afternoon, the elder Montero came to give an estimate. They reinstalled the flooring yesterday and finished within 7 hours! They are extremely polite, courteous, punctual, efficient, and friendly. You can see that they take pride in their work and take their time to do things right! They were eager to ask any questions I had and thoroughly explained the job at hand. Not only did they install the flooring, but they also attached the baseboards to the wall and even helped with reinstalling the front door so that it sat level with the floor. Anytime I felt there was a potential problem, I let them know and they answered with a smile and said that it would be easily taken care of and fixed. They are extremely professional and have an outstanding work ethic. After they cleaned up after themselves, it looked as if nobody had ever come by to to the job at hand. You will not regret hiring them for your hardwood flooring needs! 5/5! Bravo! Amazing job!

Exactly as planned, very clean and professionally done

I love their quality and how fast they work. I used them on 2 different occasions and both times I was very satisfied. They helped guide me on what flooring to pick because I have a toddler who is always making a mess and as a busy working mom I also don't always have time to be cleaning the floors, so I needed something that I didn't have to constantly be cleaning and wasn't so sensitive to spills. My living room floor was slightly uneven prior to putting down the flooring and he took care of making sure the final product looked even. I am so glad they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to family and friends because they are the best.

After several estimastes from different companies, Monteros not only had the most competitive pricing but did the job with the best customer service I have experienced from people working in my home. They exceeded my expectations and my wife and I were very happy with the finished product! They turned our flooring from old and worn down to new and fresh clean look! I have recommended their service to friends and family and would recommend them to anyone looking to refinish their flooring!

They did a terrific job and I am completely satisfied with the work they completed. They did a great job with the transitions between hallway and room, very professional job. They provided samples that was able to choose from and which they installed.

I would give Monteros Hardwood Flooring an A+++ if the scale went that high. They are family business. Javier came with his father and brother, took some really rustic wood that we had already purchased that was really hard to work with and made it look stunning. He is always on time, responds to phone calls quickly and is really meticulous in his attention to the detail of his work. I would recommend him and am going to use him again soon for another project.

Quite simply they're the best I've ever worked with. Nice crew, attention to detail, flawless work with a smile and always a reasonable price. They're not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they ARE the best bang for the buck I've found!
