+ 2 moreHe showed up early every morning and worked harder then any contractor I have ever hired. Imagine a contractor who actually shows up before the time he says. I don't know about you but with our luck finding contractors they always show up late and have to leave early. Not Brian and his guys especially Alberto, I don't think he ever stopped.They not only installed our floor a better way then what was previously put down, but his depth of knowledge of the products made us feel very comfortable which usually never happens when we start renovating the house. I guess we are just so happy because it just looks so good and everything was on budget and finished before he said they would be done, YAY...
Description of Work: Brian (King Flooring) came to us recommended by a family friend. We wanted new tile in our bathroom and real hardwood flooring in the hallway and living room. I have hired many contractors in my day, but i have to say Brian is just a step above. He guided us in the products we wanted and explained why using some of the low-end Chinese woods out there was not worth my money in the long run and boy was he write. I like to check out what contractors tell me when they leave on the internet, and to my surprise everything Brian said about some of the problems connected with Lumber Liquidators was right. Let's just say I thoght I had done my homework before meeting Mr. King and everything I thought just about was wrong.

King Flooring offers the following services: We install hardwood flooring and sand & refinish them as well. We also install carpet and tile and marble along with showers and fixtures. We also specialize in wood staircases.
There are some Chinese materials that we refuse to install. We offer a 8 year labor warranty, which is twice what my competition offers but in return there are some materials we will not stand behind just because the home owner found an incredible deal on it. There really no incredible deals, just good sales pitches that end up selling you junk material. In the end, you really do pay for what you get with flooring and its kind of scary how bad some material is out there.
