It all started back in 1921 when a young entrepreneur named Clarence Harlow started selling and delivering ice to his customers. At that time, refrigeration was just becoming available, and many of his customers started opting for this new technology, rather than re-stocking the old ice box all the time. Over the years, Harlow's became known as the appliance dealer to go to for the best prices, and most of all, the best service. They do not stand by their products. I paid over 1,000 2 months ago and it's already having issues with the door closing. 4 hours went by without seeing that the door didn't close all the way. I was told if it's not something they can fix I'll be charged a service. I purchased ALL of my appliances from there because they stand by what they sell. Apparently that's not the case anymore and I won't purchase ANYTHING from there EVER again.

Phil was very helpful and went out of his way to answers questions and make special delivery arrangements. When the wrong exhaust hood arrived he had the tech stay put while he brought the correct hood so it could be installed right then. Phil was very polite and professional and we will definitely call on him again.

The service is so good and whenever we call we get to talk to somebody who speaks English. Their prices were actually better than some of the big companies because we checked all of them before we finally bought. They were also more comprehensive. Everything was covered in one price. They also have a better variety.
Description of Work: We used Harlow’s Kitchen Concepts for buying a new stove top, wall oven and a hood for over the stove.

As with every remodel, making the choices is the hardest part. Harlow's provided samples of the countertops, suggested places to look for backsplash materials, and worked with us to coordinate with our fairly rigid time frame. Everything went according to plan but we did have one minor problem. During the installation the cooktop was put back in a slightly different position which resulted in a needed modification to the drawer underneath. We solved this ourselves.
Description of Work: We purchased Ceasarstone countertops and an under-counter Blanco granite-composite sink through Harlow's, which were installed by the countertop fabricator. Kevin O'Donnell was our point of contact at Harlow's. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The fabricators (a sub-contractor for Harlow's) were efficient, came when they said they would, and provided excellent service. We are very pleased with the products we purchased and are happy with the way the countertops look and perform, and think the granite-composite sink is excellent. The installation was very satisfactory and the overall service provided by Harlow's was excellent.

THE COMPANY OFFERED A WIDE VARIETY OF OPTIONS, INCLUDING MATERIALS AND COLORS FOR A LOW PRICE. THE INSTALLER AND ESTIMATORS WERE BOTH ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THE FIT WAS GOOD AND THE PRODUCT IS OUTSTANDING AND ATTRACTIVE.

IT WAS VERY POSITIVE BECAUSE THEY SEEMED TO BE DOING WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO, BUT WHEN IT CAME TO THE ACTUAL WORK BEING DONE, THEY DIDN'T START UNTIL 10 DAYS LATER. ONE OF THE CABINETS WAS DONE WRONG. THEY CAME BACK TO FIX IT, THOUGH.

I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH WHEN WE NEEDED KITCHEN APPLIANCES. A COUPLE OF TIMES THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME AND DO SOMETHING AND I HAD TO KIND OF SIT AT HOME DURING THAT TIME. THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT, SO I SHOT A WHOLE DAY FOR THEM TO NOT SHOW UP.
