We had a special project: changing out a composting toilet in our tiny house to a normal flushing toilet and changing out all the pipes underneath our house to connect to our septic cleanout pipe in the back yard. Eric came out right away for a quote and really seemed to know what he was talking about. Plus he was able to do the job within a week and was very flexible with the scheduling. On the day of the work, the weather was horrible, so, I thought he would want to postpone it which I totally would have understood but he said no, they would work in any kind of weather and not reschedule. It turned out to be a beautiful day but I appreciated his willingness to do the job at the appointed time in any weather. He and his brother busted out the whole job in about 5 and a 1/2 hours which seemed quick to me. And that included going to pick up extra parts (due to my forgetting that we needed a water line added for the new toilet) and fixing two parts on two different showers inside my main home as well! This was extra, but, it was great to have him on-site to ask questions and do additional work that we had not even discussed! He and his brother were more than happy to help in any way that they could. It seemed like a reasonable price and we definitely got good quality work. Very reliable, very friendly, and very professional. If you are looking for those things in a plumber, you should call them!

Eric is not only a nice guy but an excellent plumber. He came out to replace my sink and ended up taking care of three other items I needed fixing. His quotes are very reasonable, no BS, what he says heâ ll charge, is what you pay. Very satisfied with his work and he cleans up his mess. I would highly recommend him!!

The price chance from reasonable to more than what was quoted. I was over charged for something that would have cost no more than 20.00 dollars. He did not show receipt when I ask for them.

I really liked Eric he gave us an estimate over the phone 350-400 to install about 6ft of gas line to a dryer and 15 ft of venting. When he finished the job he said it would be $500 because the pipe was 3/4 instead of 1/2. I did not feel like it was right. He should of asked the size of the pipe or asked prior to doing the work. I felt that I was overcharged last minute.
