Description of Work: I had a problem with my water heater. Gas company had been out and confirmed my suspicions of a bad thermocouple. I bought it at my local hardware store but after looking online, my brand of water heater made it look harder than I originally thought. I called on a Sat morning and the receptionist was very nice. She said she would get someone out between 1pm and 5pm. Larry arrived about 130pm. He was very professional and explained that he could replace with old with the part I already bought. He explained everything as he replaced the part. He was extremely friendly and professional. I would absolutely use them again and would absolute recommend Ballards to my family and friends. I actually have already mentioned the experience to several people... Thank you...

Description of Work: Manuel from Ballard's replaced the hose bib that my son and I tried to repair starting at 7 pm the night before (Sunday). We thought we were cutting the pipe, but we actually cut the coupling. As a result, we had to turn the water off to the whole house for the night. I called Ballard's at 7:45 am the next morning and Manuel arrived at 8:20 am and finished within 45 mins. This is the 4th time we have used Ballard's over the last year and a half. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Description of Work: Snaked sewer line from house to street.

Description of Work: Replace hot water heater. Work well done except that the work area should have been cleaned up better.

Description of Work: There was backup in the toilet and kitchen, and they snaked it out. They also put in a new outlet.

Description of Work: We had Ballards come out three times during the week. Larry and his helpers were so good at repairing or first issue that we had them come out two more times during the week to address two other (totally unrelated) issues. They did a great job in all areas. We will use Ballard's for any other issues or upgrades in the future.

Description of Work: Service call for leaking hot/cold under sink system. Off-band with no parts available. Discussed another issue with service man and decided to have a new pressure assist toilet installed. Parts delivered and installed quickly. Great service, plan on using again as needed.
