They gave me a detailed written estimate before starting the work, arrived on time, with all materials necessary to do the job. They cut minimal wall access where needed, were very neat, clean and efficient. They treated me very respectfully, offered recommendations to save me money, were very professional. When an unforseen problem arose, they took care of it with no extra cost, no questions asked - they just took care of it. I've used them in the past and recommended them to others. I trust them to do the job right, and do it well, and make sure it meets my expectations, and they do.

The Plumber, 'John', was extremely professional and courteous. He took time to explain the problem, and what he was doing to fix it. Admittedly, it seems that the overall cost was somewhat expensive . . . ($145 for less than 30 minutes of work). However, I do not know what the standard rate is -- or what it should be -- for the 'average' plumbing job. In spite of the cost, I would certainly consider calling 'BALLARD Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing,' in the future.

The plumber that came out was not only very professional and nice, but he was really good about explaining everything he was doing and what options were available. He also arrived within one hour of my calling the company for help. He really knew what he was doing and he was very helpful in explaining how to prevent future occurrences of the same problem. I was very pleased with his work and demeanor and very pleased with the price. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs.

The service man was prompt. The repairwork only took about 20 minutes. Bathroom clean when he left. I was happy with the work.

They also had done some work for me at the house a year before; so it ended up being the same guy. They were very nice. When I called, they still had me on their computer and the guy called me from the job and told me what was wrong. He told me that he was out there the last year and was very nice. One thing I was amazed at was they never asked me for any money or credit card; nothing. They just sent me the bill after it was already done. I felt like they trusted me.

AWSOME! He was on time, great in communication, completely reasonable in price, Needless to say it was refreshing to Angie's list and it work as advertised!!!! After having an A/C unit quit working at our commercial property, I called out a company to fix it. After getting here they inform me they don't know anything about commercial units. I called another company who came out, was LATE, and rude. They changed their service call from $48 to $78 per hour and were wanting to work on it atleast 3 hours! I had him take his bad attitude and terrible estimate out of our doors. Finally to Ballard- I joined Angie's list, found Ballard, and was done in less than an hour!!!! He was professional, honest, TIMELY!!!! He fixed in 20 minutes what the first couldn't find and the second was going to charge me over $300 just to find! I paid the $78 service call and $17 for parts- ice cold A/C back in business. It was a simply fix of burnt out switch and fuse. He put back what the others left undone and offered to run the vacuumm after himself. WOULD USE AGAIN!!!

I spent around $125 on the job. The guy that came out did a really good job. He knew what he was doing. He told me that the leak was present when I had had a new toilet installed. He said that the guy, who had done the installation, hadn’t done it right. He replaced few other things for me. He did an excellent job. He installed a new line for $25. He was very responsive. He came out quickly and was easy to deal with. I will use him again in the future.

He arrived on time and listened to the problem. He thoroughly checked the toilet for clogs. He cleaned up calcium deposits and fished out a bunch of change that the previous owner must have dumped in the toilet. He suggested that we purchase a new one if the clogs continue, but he did not push us to do it now. He also replaced some hardware on the toilet so that it would run better. He also cleaned up the work area nicely.

Very well. Courteous and informative. Took time to explain about things even though they turned out to be small issues. Only issue I had was he left the area around the tub dirty. Of course, I had taken out the towels and there was little toilet paper left.

Was at my house within an hour or less of first phone call. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. Explained the whole process. Appears to have done a great job.

I was very pleased with the job and especially with Manual keeping me abreast of what was going on and the price estimate. I spoke with the renters the following day and they were surprised and pleased with everything that had been fixed. They had only lived there one week. It is an older house and it is difficult to maintain from Texas where I live.

They did an excellent job! Were able to come out to the home the day I called them and performed the work on the spot.

THEY'RE THE BEST. OVERALL HE JUST DOES EVERYTHING RIGHT, AND HE'S ALWAYS ON TIME, AND I DON'T HAVE TO EVER CALL HIM BACK.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY CLEAN. THE WORK VEHICLES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT PROCEDURES TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE DID EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED.

THE SERVICE MAN RETURNED THE NEXT MORNING. HE BROUGHT THE TOOL AND WAS ABLE TO CLEAR THE DRAIN WITHIN TEN MINUTES. THE COMPANY DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE OF THE RETURN VISIT. I DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S CUSTOMARY, BUT I FELT FORTUNATE AND APPRECIATE THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IT WAS VERY HOT THAT DAY AND BEING IN A HOT HOUSE DOES NOT FEEL GOOD, AFTER HE KEPT TRYING DIFFERENT PARTS FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER, HE FINALLY GOT THE PROBLEM RIGHT AND SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY, IT FEELS GOOD NOT TO BE HOT ANY MORE IN OUR HOUSE.
