+ 4 moreDespite the disaster, Sunshine's work was timely and welcomed. Furniture was moved.Water extracted and numerous activities to mitigate the damage. When they perform window cleaning they stand behind their work. Basic housekeeping is good/great. As with everything one needs to be specific. They will use your products, if you like. They come to our house in two person teams, occasionally three. Everything is done thoughtfully and management is responsive. No complaints. I began using this company when I had wood floors that were waxed. Sunshine was recommended by the previous homeowner. They did a beautiful job. When I moved and had another finish on those floors, they,also, looked gorgeous.
Description of Work: We had a water pipe burst. Sunshine came in that day and several days after that to assist in clean up. We also have used them for hardwood floors, home cleaning and window washing, gutter cleaning. The cost of service listed above reflects the emergency work not the general house upkeep work. That varies depending on the scope of work.
