It would be more professional from the owner to do a walk-through to see how I liked the job also for them to keep better informed on their accounting. PS, how about a thank you for hiring them, that would have been nice.

I highly recommend David and his Sunshine Flooring crew. They replaced my kitchen floor with pre-finished engineered wood flooring over the Christmas holiday. Work was excellent, communication was thorough and timely. I was impressed by the speed with which the project was done, from initial planning to final cleanup.

Dave and his team did an amazing job installing our wood floors when we moved into our home five years ago so when our dishwasher leaked and our floors were damaged we were pretty bummed. After a quick call to Dave, he assured us they could patch the damaged floors and make it look as good as new. Once the water damage was cleaned and the dishwasher repaired, Dave's team arrived as soon as the floors were in to patch up the floor. They did a great job, were extremely professional and the team wore masks and kept a social distance from our family (including our 3 young kids) the whole time. The kitchen floor now looks as good as new. I'd highly recommend Sunshine Flooring for any project. They are professional, do excellent work and are overall a joy to work with.

They are on time.....come with own supplies.....maintain my hardwood floors to perfection...basically best cleaners I have had... and,,,great general house cleaning.

We had luxury vinyl planks installed throughout our 1700sqft house. They look great. We had many questions going into and during the project. David was very responsive and helpful. They price was very fair compared to some other bids we got.
