William at SEC is a friendly folksy guy. He's upbeat and, when asked how he is doing, answers "I'm outrageous, and I hope it's contagious!" Unfortunately, the only thing outrageous about working with SEC was the number of delays, missteps, and changes. Our relatively simple 10 panel install was at first planned to be on an area of the roof that was shaded for several prime hours. That was fixed and then we went through months of delay waiting while three different installers were contracted but failed, one after the other, to get permits or show up. I finally had to cancel the project completely, request a refund, and start again from scratch. I wish I had gone with my second choice from the beginning.

Mr. Woods are very knowledgeable, resourceful, perky and really nice to speak with. He really works for the customer. From the beginning, during and after the project, he gives me a call to make sure everything went well and he still does even if the project is finish.

The quality of work was excellent. They keep in touch, on time, and give me a 17 page report with the numbers. They were thorough, professional, and a reasonable price. I was pleased with the service. I would definitely use the service again.

We had originally installed solar back in 2004. Last year the system failed. We found William Wood through an internet search, and are we glad we did! Our old system was beyond repair; we replace it with American made solar panels with a 25-year warranty. The new system now provides for our energy needs. What I would really like to point out is what an exceptional project manager William Wood is. He was an active listener and responded to all our questions and concerns. He is also very personable and friendly, we enjoyed talking with him. Even when there were delays with getting permits and such, he would call us frequently to keep us informed of what was going on. William Wood was most helpful in finding a technician to repair my two year old solar system after my original solar provider declared bankruptcy and disconnected their phones. He checked in regularly until my system was up and working. He is my go to person for solar and I will recommend him to anyone needing personalized help.

William at SEC Services helped us to get our SunPower solar monitoring back up and running after it had been down for months. We were having a lot of trouble getting the runaround with SunPower since our original installer had gone out of business and their other installers that we contacted refused to touch it. In the end, it only took one visit by a technician to get us up and running again.
