Ari is a great contractor to work with. Very attentive, listens to what you think you need and then makes suggestions. Roofing has come a long way from tar & gravel and some new solutions are much better. He is very experienced with Eichlers which is great for many people in San Rafael.

Ari at Piscatelli always responded to my calls and texts. They did a great job on resurfacing our roof. Ari not only provided excellent customer service- he really went out of his way to meet the demands all the various owners of our homeowners association. I highly recommend Piscatelli Roofing. I am writing this review in April 2022, less than one year after the job was completed in May 2021 by Piscatelli Roofing after discovering new damage to my roof as a direct result of their work. They were hired to apply a silicone coating system to two roofs - my main roof and garage roof. Due to negligence of the crew, the drain system in my main roof drain and the separate drain system for the garage are clogged because the crew flushed debris (sand and gravel) down the drain systems when they were pressure washing the roofs. The drains are not intended to offload large amounts of debris and that's why the drain cover exists to keep extreme debris from entering the system. The crew purposely removed drain covers and forced an unusual amount of debris through the drainage systems. I scooped out 5 lbs of sand by hand from the roof drain but could not get deeper into the drain system so water still stands inside the pipe. The clogged drain has caused 6 inches of water to collect on the roof and spurred algae growth in the area of standing water. There are signs the roof system is now compromised. There is now a soft spot on the roof and an air bubble under the silicone coating where standing water collected. This indicates a complete failure of the silicone system and new damage to the roof. Hiring Piscatelli Roofing has not only cost a lot of money but also ultimately damaged the roof more. Ari Pisacatelli has offered to fix these issues but would YOU trust someone who has caused so many issues to properly fix anything? The crew also damaged one of my outdoor faucets which now spews out brown water but had been working fine before the crew showed up. Of course they shirked responsibility for this but what a coincidence that brown water is now being dispensed after the crew used this outlet. Beware of this company! They contract out the work to 3rd party crews so the quality is unreliable and there was no onsite supervision from the company while the work was done. I also doubt the technical experience of the owner and his depth of experience in this field. I am very disappointed with Piscatelli Roofing and have filed a complaint with the California Contractor State License Board to have their license revoked. Please, please do not make the same mistake I did.

Great experience with owner from first visit until completion of the job. Fairly priced, neat and clean, completed on time. Ari PISCATELLI have is some great options which saved us downtime and money. All his team. Embers were great to work with. Would highly recommend.

I cannot give a high enough review for Ari and his team at Piscatelli. I have hired them on multiple projects (roof replacements, repairs, fixing the messes of other roofers, emergency storm repairs, etc.) and he has always delivered. Not only in a timely manner but with the best recommendations that I do not have to second guess in terms of quality or price. The quality is top notch and their high integrity is shown in their workmanship. And he recently underbid another local competitor who was inflating their prices during COVID. With the big storms coming through this winter, it's great to have the peace of mind that Piscatelli delivers.
