Uses water based polyurethane. In my opinion, work time and drying time are shorter...so minimizes displacement time for the family.

My old oak floors needed refinishing from sun and water damage. They came out looking new! Nick was great to communicate with and very helpful with some of the decisions. After the work was finished, the house was immaculate. I can't imagine being happier with this job!
