+ -1 moreIt's been a very positive experience. It was excellent because of his knowledge, his service, his timeliness and the ability for the work to get done. He made me feel like I was important and our work was important. He was easy to communicate with. He was able to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done. I didn't feel like I was just getting the runaround. It was a very pleasurable experience. I'm not using any other plumber.
Description of Work: I've used the services of Mason Plumbing for a problem with my water line. We had some intrusion from some tree roots.
