CALIFORNIA CONTRACTORS LIC# A & B 601089 Comprehensive Construction Services (CCS) is a licensed General Engineering and General Building Contractor. We provide services as a prime contractor or as a sub contractor for larger projects for all phases of building new construction, additions and renovations for residential, commercial and industrial projects. We also provide drafting and design services, green building and solar systems. In business since 1990. Mike started as a Union carpenter and worked his way up to Master Craftsman. Mike left the Union and obtained his Contractor’s License in 1990 when he started his own business. Mike’s experience in the construction industry now exceeds 35 years and he has done a variety of projects varying from custom homes and additions to restaurant renovations and new construction to retail/ shopping mall and commercial buildings.

CCS is dedicated to being the most diversified construction company in Northern California, hence the name Comprehensive Construction Services. The company is built based on four separate divisions; General Engineering Contractors/ Excavation, General Building Contractors/ Construction, Drafting and Design and our Green/ Energy Efficient divisions. CCS does new construction for residential and commercial projects, tenant improvement, additions and ground up construction

Services we don't offer

CCS provides services in many areas, but one area we do not undertake is smaller scale (bathroom, kitchen, room division, etc.) standalone remodeling, we do however undertake extensive remodels in conjunction with additions and full house retrofits.
