It has been a long time since I used them and I don't remember the details, but I remember being happy with the work. I think they did my carpets, but it must have been more than 5 years ago.

Restif Cleaning Service charged my debit card $112 for carpet cleaning they did not do.....they claim they cleaned a home i rented two months ago.....and today....(2 months later)....decided to charge my bank account........."FRAUD....BEWARE"...!!....they claim that they were given access to the residence ....i had the owner of the company on speaker phone with me and my apartment manager.....asking her how her technicians gained access to the property....when neither i or my apartment manger allowed them in....???.....Back in Aug 2015....I did make a cleaning appointment with Restif.......but then that same day.... canceled...and hired "A1 Carpet Cleaning" instead.....i am now "Suddenly" getting a bill...two months later.....!!!....."ARE YOU KIDDING ME".......when i demanded to speak with the cleaning technician....to have him describe the interior of the home and tell me "how" he gained access into the home.......Restif "HUNG UP" on me......."THANKFULLY"...!!.. i have "fraud protection" on my Bank of America account...and was refunded the total amount "stolen" from my account by Restif......also....my apartment manager said this is why she "stopped" doing business with this company long ago.....!!!!! We've used Restif a number of times. Always been happy with the job. They are professional and take steps to protect our home during service.

Within a couple of days I noticed a film on the windows. I also noticed gutters were not very clean. I have used this company a few times before and sometimes they are great and sometimes not very good at all. I think I will try somebody else next time.

We moved into a new house, and with all the other cleaning and repairs we were busy with, we decided to hire someone to come and clean the two bathrooms professionally. The scheduling and administrative end of the service was fine, and the two young women who showed up to clean the bathrooms were polite enough and spent an hour and a half working when I asked for a "top to bottom" (exact words) cleaning, however long that took. The house is only five years old, and neither bathroom was filthy when they started; just the expected amount of built-up grime from a couple of years of use without a thorough cleaning. Now, to be 100% fair, my wife and I have somewhat different standards of "clean". When they asked me to have a look after completion, at a glance the bathrooms did indeed look cleaner. The drawers were wiped out, the mirror was clean, the chrome fixtures were shinier. HOWEVER... once my wife got to it the next day and actually looked closer, she started out disappointed and ended up livid. Basically, while they'd done a cursory job of cleaning, they hadn't gotten it anywhere near the level of clean I was expecting from professionals. For one thing, they hadn't put in the elbow grease to get all the soap scum off the tubs (you could tell because the water didn't bead until my wife had spent another hour or two at it). They had specifically mentioned to me that there were some scratches on the bottom of one tub they couldn't get off, but my wife managed to, so that was just a matter of not trying hard enough. They also hadn't touched anything they couldn't easily reach; they clearly hadn't touched one window and sill above a tub at all, they hadn't even dusted the top of the shower doors on the tub, and there were still cobwebs on the ceiling fan vents. In all, my wife spent at least another four hours cleaning the bathrooms and was left wondering what the two "professionals" had been doing for the hour and a half they'd been at work. I was merely disappointed; she was outraged, and insisted I make that clear in the review here. If you just want things given a once-over, maybe a Restif crew will do a fine job, but if it's a "pro" clean you're looking for, I wouldn't even consider using them again.

They were professional, did a perfect job, and were very fast.

I did not hire this company. Their price was way too high. I have a small rug that needed cleaning, they didn't have the equipment to clean it and would have to send it out to be cleaned and charge me for that.

The crew of two arrived on time. They took a look at the skylights and a few windows they would be cleaning and got to work. Initially they began cleaning the skylight without covering the floor and furniture underneath. I had to supply them with a drop cloth so that the grime didn't rain down on my furniture and carpets. They could not wash the outside because of the slippery conditions on my roof. So my windows did not look that much better, even thoug I knew they were much cleaner inside. They were polite and efficient.

They did a thorough inspection & I tried to get an estimate at the time of the visit. He said he'd have to go back to the office & call me back in the morning. I never heard back from them. I did try reaching his office & his cell phone to check in & still haven't heard back.

I spent under $75 to clean the house. They did the inside and outside of the window, the gutters and the spider webs. For the business I spent $1500 because it is a 3 story building. I checked their background and they are bonded and insured which is very important and most of them are not. They have been in business for many years. I checked the referrals personally in my own network before I hired them. They do really excellent work and they are very professional. They come in and they are very careful when they move things. They do the windows and whatever it is that is needed for your computers or furniture. I appreciate their diligence and their air. They are just spotless. Everyone who look at it is just very pleased with the degree of cleanliness and product they leave behind. I have no complaints at all. In my office building there was one blind that had come off but I was standing there and watching them do it. I don’t hold them responsible for it and it has happened before. There was nothing broken that I would hold them responsible for. They did good work and I have referred them to co-workers and friends. I collected three bids and they were the lowest bid by a modest amount. This is the 3rd year I am using them.
