Western Exterminator

We have tried to work with this company twice only to find that they did not keep the traps baited but miraculously keep billing us. Once I can forgive but twice is my mistake in using this company. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

We reached out to Western after arriving to our in-laws home and realizing they had fleas. The man when we first called said it would be no problem to get rid of the fleas and they would be right out on the following Monday. The following Monday the time came and went when they were supposed to show had to call the office finally someone showed up. A few days later we noticed there were still fleas everywhere as well as spiders, so we called back and the man tried to give us the excuse that the home had carpet when the home in fact is entirely wood floors? He then agreed to reschedule to come out the next Monday to try to do the job right and no one ever showed up. Absolutely horrible service, unprofessional and most importantly unable to do the job they were paid to do. Use any other service or do it yourself before you waste your money on these guys. If you do happen to use them you will want the corporate number to get your refund, they are quite friendly and seem to be used to giving refunds for this company service

Inspector arrived 15 minutes early, conducted a thorough inspection, and walked me through all the items he discovered.

They were excellent. The costs was reasonable. They were prompt, friendly and very thorough.

We were very pleased. The gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He told us his recommendation and it was good.

I got their references from Angie's List. One of the reasons why I didn't use the other ones was because one of them suggested the orange treatment and I didn't want to try that as I discovered too many places for the termites, so I wanted to do the whole house fumigation. I had a couple of decks that had to be covered too. I was really pleased with them. They gave me a fair price. I talked to four termite companies and they had given me a very less price. It was pretty comparable. They did it as quickly as I wanted them to do it. They were in and out. I was very happy with them. I didn't get a definite price from somebody else. They were very good. They showed up on time for the first time and for tenting, they showed up when they were supposed to.

They are very responsive and easy to reach. They come out when we need them to. We are having an issue right now, so they have to come every few days. I am expecting the guy within the hour today.

He comes out every few months to set up traps and clean the cobwebs out of my house. They do a good job about closing up any holes around the house so that mice and rats can't get into the house or floorboards. I feel that sometimes they are a little lazy about getting the cobwebs. The last time they came out, it was raining and they said they would come back to get the rest. They never returned. They are good at somethings, but others lack. It took me leaving 2 messages before some one called me back, so they could have been more responsive. I will continue to use them.

I like that they are very accessible. I have a monthly contract for service with them. I am very happy with their service, they have been great.

We have them do the work continuously for us. We have been using them for years. They are available. Whenever we call them, they are here. We had mice issue and since we have used them, we haven't had that issue. They are great. We haven't shopped around for the price. The quality is okay. They respond to my calls. Every time I call them, they are prompt.

They are excellent at follow-up and making sure the job is done fully. On one occasion, they came out to poison the area and they stated there was too much activity in my yard as painters were there. Therefore, the serviceman stated he would come back at 5:30 am the next morning when all was calm. Unfortunately, I do no recall the price.
