Description of Work: I called to get a bid on replacing an upstairs heat pump that hadn't worked for over two years. They were the third bid I was getting. The estimator wasn't sure all of it needed to be replaced. He recommended we get the downstairs pump serviced and have the tech diagnose exactly what was wrong with the upstairs unit. The only thing they could find was that the refrigerant had been let out. They ran a PSI test on it for ten days, no leaks. They saved us over $15,000.00 thanks to their honesty.

+ -1 moreI am very happy to say everything went well with this project. I was satisfied with the finished product, the eagerness of the serviceman to get the job done and the price of service.. although we all know plumbing services are always pricey.
Description of Work: He ended up cutting out and replacing the drain pipe and trap of a very slow draining shower. The original pipe was undersized.

+ -1 more.Val's was good. They are reputable, and they have been around for years. They did the work right, I felt I was dealing with honest people. I would still get quotes from other people but they are a company that is long established in the area.
