Terminix - Salinas -Termite & Pest Control

I called to schedule a free home termite inspection on Tuesday 1/12/16. I was told that the inspection could be performed on Friday 1/15/16 between 1-3 pm. I received a call from the Inspector late Thursday night telling me that he was overbooked and that he would need to reschedule the appointment for early Friday between 8:30-9:00 am. That worked for me, since I took the day off from work to be home for the inspection. The day was a waste, I waited all day and he was a no show. The inspector called me after 4pm to tell me that he needed to reschedule. This in my opinion is very unprofessional. He blamed the situation on the office and said there was nothing he could do, when he was the one who I talked to the night before, and who told me he would be coming to my home in the morning. There was no remorse, he just said, "Would you like to reschedule?" My answer, "No Thanks, don't bother". There would be no way I would waste anymore of my time, if they couldn't even show up for a simple inspection.

I used Terminix for several years. The first year was fine. The years after that they screwed me around. I haven’t done business with them for several years now. I stopped using them in 2013. The extended contract was a joke. They never did the service they said they did.

I have always had good service with them. I have been with them for years now.

They have always done a good job and have followed through. The only problem I have had with them has been with communication because the work is done at a rental and they need to contact the resident to schedule the appointment.

They said they showed up to do an inspection but never did. I was home when they said they came out, and I never saw anyone. I cancelled my contract because they lied. The first few times they came out I saw some results. However, they since have gone down hill. They also missed an appointment.

The experience has been ok and I have no complaints. Scheduling was easy and just takes a phone call. I like the service in general, but I sometimes wonder if they look thoroughly enough. However, that is not something that I worry about.

It went ok. Scheduling was easy. They were prompt, timely, and the treatment seemed to work.

It was excellent. I like that we know when they’re coming. They also leave a report about what they’ve done. They are very cordial and if we’re here during their service, they will ask if we need anything special done. We’re happy with their service.

I’ve been using them for around 12 years. It was good and they’re very good as well. They’re very professional and call the day before they come out. If there’s any problem in between their scheduled visits, I only have to call them and they send someone right out at no additional charge. I had difficulty with automatic billing, but after several months, I was able to get that resolved.

I’ve been using them around ten years and have a contract with them. They’ve been very helpful. I like that I have a contract and they have a termite free guarantee or they tent the home for free. My only complaint is that it’s hard to receive a call back and I didn’t receive a report from their last visit.

They’ve done a great job. Scheduling was fairly easy. They are punctual and professional.

It was fine. We’ve used them for 20 years on and off. We were happy with it. Chuck was very responsible and on time. We used them on a regular basis for a while and I would recommend them.

I’ve used them over two years. I had no problems. The treatment is good. He is very professional, polite, and will do extra tasks if I need it.

No call, no show. No one called me back and no one confirmed the appointment I asked for. I guess they are too busy to entertain new business?

Terminix was polite and professional in their customer service operator. The service was provided the same day at the time indicated. They were asked to call ahead and they did so. The follow up visits for mouse control were included in the flat yearly rate and were done punctually and professionally. The servicemen were polite and informed. We have been happy with their service.

The termite and the pest specialists showed the afternoon of the day I made the call. They were professional in their own areas and seemed to know their field. The company has provided standard extermination treatment that day. It has gone well so far. The termite specialist left me with a contract I could discuss with my spouse.

Excellent.....punctual, professional, friendly.....and no more spiders. Another time, I called about moths in the house because i was afraid of them eating our rugs and woolens. Serviceman looked at moths, determined that they are not that kind of moth, and did not service our house. There was no charge!!! Amazing....I don't know of any other company that would not charge for just coming out.

We are happy with the service and their prices as well. We compared others to them and they offered the best price. They call to remind me that it is time for my appointment and I like that. Their service works because I don't have any bugs. I have been happy with their responsiveness. I will continue to use them.

They do a good job and I would use them again.

They do exactly what I need to be done. They spray all around my house to make sure that there are no Ants, Spiders or Snails etc. They clean out the entire cob web in the area. They just keep all the bugs out of the house because I’m not here in the country, so they spray the perimeter and everything. Ever since I have had them, I haven’t had any problems with ants and if there are any mice then they set up a trap. I’m not sure about their price competitively but they are good.

I had some termite issues that they were able to help me with. They had to do a major treatment where we had to leave for a few days. They were able to solve our issue. I have no complaints with any parts of their service. I would use them again in the future.

Terminix - Pest Control/Exterminating We have worked with another company and estimates from 2 other companies. I will tell you that the "gentleman" from"Terminix", was "far superior" in his customer relations and professional attitude, his willingness to do a very, very thorough job in doing the inspection. He gave us all kinds of information about the services and types of treatments. He was just outstanding ! We highly recommend him. Compared to the others he was a joy.

We thought they were pretty efficient. We used them at my mother-in-law's house for a treatment. We were very satisfied with their service. They met their commitments. They were on time when they said they would be there. They were professional. Their communication was good. In all of their aspects, they did well.

Very responsive. They came whenever there was an issue, did thorough work and also responded when we had a wasp problem without any additional charge. No problems with service or price.
