12/2016 they came out and replaced our roof. In doing so they put two holes in our wall when removing the old roof. They fixed one because the other one we didn't notice until way after the fact because it was behind my sons dresser. They also removed our gutters when we didn't say we wanted them replaced with new ones so we had to pay for those when we had no intention of doing so. 01/2017 we found 2 ripped shingles and one loose one and also noticed that we still had the leak. There is also a leak in the gutter that is right outside our front door. 03/2017 still leaking with the rains but found out it was our skylight not the roof. We were told that they will contact us with the price to replace the skylight. 6/2017 I called to check the status of the permit with the city and was told the final inspection had not been completed and it also had expired. Luckily when I called to speak with Lisa they sent someone out right away to get the permit taken care of. I have called multiple times to find out when someone would come and replace our skylight because I was told by Lisa that if we use a different company to replace the skylight it would void our warranty on the roof. 8/2017 It is 5 months now I have been waiting for someone to come out and measure and let me know the pricing for the skylight.

Friendly, but always difficult to get a hold of....lots of stall tactics ......usually by Lisa.....work done in 2009, 10 yr warrantee, now having some roof issues, no response yet.

, Don't ever think to use them especially if they are the low bidder.

We got five estimates. They were quick and very responsive. They were willing to get on it within a day or two. They were punctual. I don’t have anything negative to say about them. They were favorable. We would consider using them again.
