Description of Work: Purchase laminate flooring from them. Did not include installation. When our first selection was found to be no longer available they gave us another one at the same price even though it was a higher priced material.

Description of Work: We replaced the flooring in our kitchen and family room. We wanted Armstrong laminate, and after visiting the Armstrong website discovered that Prosource worked with Armstrong certified installers. Our installer, Dennis, was recommended by the laminate sales person. | |Dennis was very easy to work with. He communicated via e-mail, and answered all my questions completely and promptly. He arrived on-time for both the estimate appointment and the installation appointment. Dennis also asked for my input as the installation progressed, and completed it within the time frame that was committed to. | |The only hiccup was that the padding under the laminate was not included in the original estimate. Dennis came prepared with the material, and I made a quick trip to Prosource to cover the material cost.

+ -1 moreThey are mostly supposed to be for contractors and designers. They have been very good about working with us. They have been really helpful and willing to solve our problems. Their staff is knowledgeable and knows their products. They have a very good selection and are very fairly priced too.
