Pete (the owner) and his roofing crew (Genaro, Alberto, Pedro) were great! Pete replied promptly to my initial inquiry and came out right away to look at the roof. Following that, it took somewhat longer than I had hoped to get an initial bid and to actually start the job, but his bid turned out to be lower than the others, and I could see that the delay was for the right reason -- Pete always prioritizes the roof he's already working on to make sure it's done well and as quickly as possible, so a house doesn't stay unprotected for longer than necessary. Once they finally finished earlier projects and started working on our roof, they were 100% on task from start to finish. They are a small company and ours was a complex, 4000+ square foot roof that required ordering special materials along the way, so it took about a month to complete the job with 3 guys working 40 hours per week. However, I really appreciated the way they always started promptly on time each day and worked closely with my wife and I throughout the entire process to make sure work was being done exactly as we (and the City's historic rules) needed it done. Pete and his crew were friendly and very accommodating of special requests related to the historic peculiarities of our house, skylights, neighbor's concerns about parking, etc. Many parts of the roof required creative, on-the-fly problem solving, due to the non-standard construction of our 1800's house. Genaro, especially, was great at innovative problem solving and did beautiful work, but everyone on the team was super dedicated, hard working, and skilled. We have already had one heavy downpour since the new roof went on, and not a single drop got through! I can confidently recommend Positive Results Roofing if you are looking for a small, personable company that is licensed and bonded and does quality roof replacements or repairs for a reasonable price.

We are extremely happy with our new roof & gutter replacement! After a bad experience with another roofer, we waited 2 yrs to address replacing our roof. After getting several estimates, Pete & his crew came highly recommended. They went above & beyond our expectations! Friendly, hard-working, extremely thorough from early morning to clean-up at end of each day. Pete's estimate was detailed and accurate with no surprises!

From start to finish, Positive Results Roofing was excellent. Quick response on the estimate as well as to any questions I had. Very hard-working and highly skilled with a price that fit my budget. My new roof and gutters look great! If you need a new roof, this is the place to call.

If I could provide a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. First, obtaining a quote was incredibly prompt and super informative. Mr. Pete, took the time to explain what our roof needed AND even what it didn't need. He provided different options on how to fix and repair parts of our roof. He made this entire process completely non-stressful. Mr. Pete is an honest and trustworthy person and I would hire him again in the future.

If only all contract work could be so smooth and easy. When I contacted Pete in November, he was already scheduled through February...but he said he thought he had some crew members who wanted to work through Christmas break. He squeezed me in and by the new year, all the work had been done. Unfortunately, this roof will outlast me, so I don't think I'll be doing business with Positive again... but you should.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Materials and skill level very high. Friendly and wore masks which I requested. Price was fair for services performed.

Pete and his crew started the job when promised and completed all work in a timely manner. The project came in on budget and they did a beautiful job. Positive Results is an appropriate name for there business.

Pete was awesome! Took pictures and showed me what was happening, why it was happening, and the breakdown of my roof by materials. He patched it up super quick, and gave me an estimate on what it'd look at for a complete inspection and repair (this was during a day break in a heavy rain period). Pete even put my dryer vent cap back on before I had the chance to ask. Thanks!

Pete was very prompt and professional. I have not seen the work yet, but my tenants seem very pleased.

Pete was the one that gave me the most effort to show me that he wanted the job,I had 2 prices less than his quote but the 3 companies that I was looking at when I called to ask about issue's or questions about contract Positive Results was the only one that got back to me and he ended up walking the job with me and we went over everything.I had some damage to an extra room,some wood rot and termite damage,they threw that into the job also.I went to look at it to see how the termite damage looked and I could not even find the pieces they had changed out. Wife and Kids were happy with job but only issue we had was the lack of sleep,knew it would make noise but did not expect it to be so loud,lol.But it looks great,thanks Pete and 2 workers who names I did not get,they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived.

They did a great time, reasonable quote and found an innovative way to resolve the problem. Our house is a cabin from 1900 and the rafters span more than 24" and sheathing was not cut to match. This led to cupping which was showing through the shingles. The reaffixed the sheating with more nails and then reset the shingles. They did a great job.

Pete came out, on time and not lost (a rarity where we live), walked the project, answered all our questions, and gave us 3 options to choose from. We ended up adding the eave extension, going with fascia gutters in a dark grey that matched the trim of the house, chain down-spouts in front, as well as the wood stack enclosure (the cap had to be cut and welded). We had the quote in 2 days, and he coordinated with the painter to complete the job quickly (and they cleared out all of the old gutters as well). Great work (Pete crawls ladders and pounds nails too), very personable - would hire again.

Pete & Rose are professional and friendly to work with-the work was excellent & completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again & recommend their services to my friends and family.

Pete came out right away when I told them I had a leak in my roof. He was very fair in his estimate and repaired it immediately. No delays, NO, "we will get to you when we have an opening." I would highly recommend Pete as he does not try and "UP SELL YOU" on something you don't need like other companies I called on this list. Thank you Pete for you honesty and integrity. If there was an A+ rating below, I would have given it.

Estimate was good, work is holding up (no leaks and it's rained a few times), good communication with Pete. Pete had not dealt with the goofy City of Seaside permit rules before, but he didn't ask for payment until all the permit nonsense was taken care of, and he made extra trips back to the house to meet with inspector and get it all done. I'm very happy with the work and the cost.

Provider was very prompt and courteous. A little difficult to get a hold off, but understandable since it's a small business. Their rates were much more reasonable than the ones charged by the larger roofing companies outside of Salinas. He was able to service both houses within the same day and on short notice. Will definitely use this company again for our future roofing needs.

It went very well. They were friendly, efficient and quick. The only thing I didn't like is that they did not remove the nails from the previous roofer. Whenever a job is being done, the owner should check to make sure that the nails from the previous roof are removed. I've used them before.

POSITIVE RESULTS ROOFING came out to replace the roof on my home. They wer very good, very professinoal, on time, and the workers were all english speakers. Owner Pete Sanchez seems to be very knowledgeable, and they are very clean they picked up all the garbage around the house, and priced very competitively. Very pleased with my services., I am actually the 4th home in my subdivision to have work performed by POSITIVE RESULTS ROOFING.
