+ -1 moreThey were prompt, but they had some trouble with their equipment, and they ended up doing a messier job, and I didn’t like that. The operator was quite professional, but his team, because of their equipment problems was a little deficient. I would use their services again in the future if I need to.
Description of Work: I used the services of Performance Foam Tech about nine months ago for insulation of my floor.

Description of Work: The under floor seal was complete, a bit more over-spray & splatter around the crawl space than I expected. Crawl space is noticeably warmer but the interior of the house gained no noticeable warmth.

+ -1 moreI needed to change from batt insulation to spray foam insulation at the last minute in a new construction in San Jose due to the way my Title 24 requirements were written. I called PFT and Michael was very cooperative in working out a last minute job to do an entire 3000 sq ft house. The quality of the insulation is fantastic. It helped us achieve an excellent rating when we had the home Green Point Rated, we scored extremely well on energy efficiency which insulation is a key part of. It took 2 days and the crew cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: Applied spray foam insulation in a new construction in San Jose of a 3000 sq ft "green" home.
