I needed a new water heater and Rafael met me at Home Depot to pick it up. Turns out that all of the products they carried would be too tall to fit my existing space. Rafael then found one from a supplier, contacted me with the information on the price and model and I agreed to it. He brought it to my house and installed it the next day. He is a very nice gentleman who does good work.
