 + -1 more;[The job was advertised as a deep cleaning. They did not clean the frig inside, as advertised, they dusted around objects, they advertised that things were moved to clean. I am still finding dust where there shouldn't be. They only spent a couple of hours, so all in all they were making over $50/hour. I told Mabel of Molly Maids how disappointed I was and instead of a refund, she said she'd give me a discount on future service, as I will never use them again, this did not help. I was looking for a service that would help me get my house ready to sell. I am 75 and have arthritis so can't do the jobs myself. The only positive thing I can say is that two of the women were very nice and friendly. The supervisor spent all her time in the kitchen, talking on the phone, and did not do all the cleaning I expected. Update: I want to let everyone know that I talked with a gentleman who stressed that they wanted to make me happy, they work very hard to get their teams to do a good job, etc. and they did refund my money. The fact that they reached out to me, tried to fix the problem, made me re-evaluate their service. So I would say that if you use their service be very specific about needs, keep your eye on what they are doing, and let them know how you feel.

 + -1 more1. Don't tell you over the phone its a by the job rate. 2. The cost for the job was ridiculous. Simply put.
Description of Work: She showed up at the house, announced she'd go in, and then provide a quote. I was not pleased that they do the tour without homeowner input. Certain things I wanted to emphasis, but I was told they'd get input after the quote. How does that happen, when the information I wanted to share would have an impact on their rates? The house was completely empty, and had been cleaned top to bottom. I needed someone to catch the little things. She was either not well trained, didn't care or a combination of both.

Description of Work: My husband had been in the hospital and rehab and I had not time to do any cleaning, so the house was a disaster. The ladies came in and spent several hours doing deep cleaning of the whole house, but I especially appreciated them cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen to spit-polish clean. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: While they advertise that they serve "Monterey County" they only serve the northern side of the county, leaving south county to call in and waste valuable time, only to find out they can't help you.

They're reliable once you set everything up and they're prompt, pleasant, and one thing I really like it is that they come out a team and so they're not here for hours and they're in and out for about two and a half hours. I get the same people out here every time, so they get yo know about your house, they are very good with constructive criticism and I think their price is very good. I have to track them down initially before but now that they have a schedule, it's okay.
