+ 7 moreI was immediately impressed with Jose's attention to detail and cleanliness. When a job is completed, the floors and surrounding areas are as clean, if not cleaner than when he arrived. He is honest and hardworking and has on more than one occasion, found a less expensive fix for a requested repair. I have no concerns in giving Jose a key when our own home needs repair and we are not a home at that time.
Description of Work: Over the past two years, my husband and I have purchased four (4) foreclosed homes to have as rentals. The homes were all in various stages of neglect and some needed extensive repair. Jose Madrigal was able to complete all necessary repairs, old appliance removal and new appliance installation, carpet removal and new carpet installation, painting both indoors and out. His estimates were fair and accurate. I have also had Jose do a complete landscaping with sprinkler installation, sod installation and all associated soft-scape, (trees, shrubs, flowers). Jose has also installed garbage disposals, new faucets and outdoor lighting in our own home.
