The owner called me back within a very short time of leaving a message. He was able to provide me a quote over the phone after sending him photos. They were honest, cable came off and instead of trying to sell me another one they told me mine was fine and put it back on. They were on time and professional. Their price was very reasonable. They did an excellent job and in the future this will be the only company I call

Everything went very well. The service tech arrived on time, went right to work. He lubricated all of the moving parts and adjusted the auto-stop for the drive motor.

All went great. Eric was very responsible and prompt and checked back several times to make sure all was working properly.

Eric is very capable, and polite. He worked quickly removing the old wiring and control, plus taking out the old motor and chain system. Eric tightened all the wing nuts on the wooden garage door, and oiled the complete new system including the track it runs on. Eric moved the garage control button to a new place, and explained to us the extra security features it had, that our old system did not have. Eric worked quietly and in less than two hours he had the new system in and working well. He laughed saying, "I can do this work in my sleep". It was obvious he takes pride in his work and enjoys doing it! I gave him a tip too.

He gave me an approximate cost before he came over to my house and then a better estimate after he looked at the garage doors, so I had a very good idea of what I would be spending for his work. Fine though nothing transpired

Our springs on the garage door broke Easter Sunday. We called Lighthouse Door and Gate 1st thing Monday morning, They were here in about an hour and everything work great now. Fast Service.
