Their quote was a lot; they were one of the highest bids. They seemed very professional. But we are not planning to use them since they were so expensive. They were very responsive. We would not use them again in the future just based on price.

This company is fabulous. The job was beautifully completed on time and on budget. We couldn't have asked for more.

Keith is a pleasure to work with... and even today some years past the end of the project we received his full attention and support when due to natural effects of wood vs soil and moisture.. some posts needed to be replaced or reinforced, Keith worked with us to restore the project to its original integrity at a reasonable cost. I find Keith (K/N Contstruction) to be very flexible to work with and he will be on our short list of service providers / contractors for our next project...

I contacted KN Construction (obtained from Angie's List) about some lawn sprinkler repairs I needed. I made an appointment for an estimate and the lady on the phone said they would email me a confirmation for the appointment the day before. I didn't get an email and I called the afternoon before my appointment to make sure it was still on the schedule since I was taking time off of work. The same lady apologized and offered a list of excuses why she hadn't emailed me. In the end, she confirmed my appointment. Keith arrived right on time and I explained the multiple problems with my lawn sprinklers and distribution system. He offered great solutions to how it could be repaired. When he was leaving he said he would email me a scope of work and an estimate and that his crew could probably fit my job in during the next week. I got the idea that this was a smaller job than they usually undertake, but Keith didn't mention anything about the size of the job. Well, that was the end of it. I never got an email, I never got a call. I can only assume that my job was too small for him to bother with. I would have at least liked the courtesy of him telling me that after considering the job it was too small of an effort for his company. That would have been nice.

KN Construction Inc is really good whereas my previous contractor was a total crook. The owner has a good eye. He has taken some decisions which I feel that they were very good decisions. He is way more honest. I do not have to worry about anything now, he takes care of everything. His crew and sub-contractors are very nice. My husband is also happy with them and their work. I thought initially the price was high but now I feel it was reasonable.

We had our shower demolished and rebuilt due to poor waterproofing on the initial build. We also replaced our soaking tub with a jetted tub. Luis provided guidance and gave us a quote that covered labor for any tub we chose, any tile, any fixtures. This is important because as the project progressed we were able to change our mind on materials and not worry about if it would affect the cost of labor. Luis also did several extras such as putting wood supports in the wall behind our towel racks to reinforce them. Luis also tested and adjusted the seals on the jetted tub received direct from the factory. He has enough experience to know how things are supposed to be and directs his team well.

I called and scheduled an appointment. They called the day of the appointment (30 minutes before) to confirm. They did not show up and did not call to let me know what was going on. I called them when they were 30 minutes late and got no answer. The next morning, they called and said that they tried to call, but couldn't get through. I decided not to reschedule. I have had lots of experience with no-call-no-show companies and I find it too much hassle. YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).

Keith took time to discuss the design giving suggestions and incorporating ours. The result was outstanding. The estimate was very reasonable. The workers were clean and on time. Tarp protected our patio. They also removed a frame around a removed wisteria and replaced the hole to make the deck smooth. They came back to put concrete around the base of the pillars that had been cut into the slate patio when they thought we were going to do that. I'd like to give them higher grades than 'A's in all categories. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.
