I called to get an estimate, and was treated very professionally. The price seemed fair so I scheduled the work. They were available the same week I called and came on time, 2 people did the work (one cleaning the air ducts while the other cleaned the dryer vent). They were finished in less than 3 hours, which was faster than they estimated. Although noisy (which could not be avoided) they were neat and careful, lay down paper to keep the equipment from marking up the floors and went about their work. I was able to work at my desk with no interruptions even though I was right in the middle of their work area. Overall a very professional and pleasant experience.

They removed all the vent covers. One of them broke and they offered to replace and install it which they did.

This company recommended by A/C contractors that I contacted regarding duct repair at my residence. Contacted FreshX and spoke with John regarding requirements of the job. Crew kept appointment at specified time, looked over job and provided me with estimate at that time. Work authorized and commenced. Return air ducts were cleaned, supply ducts were cleaned and camera confirmation showed dust and dirt in supply duct system. After discussion, we determined that inadequate access to supply side was determining factor in lack of success in supply side cleaning. John was instrumental in contacting AC contractor that did work on ducting before the cleaning process and bringing them out to fabricate access to all supply side ducting. Additional contractor fee for access fabrication was paid by me and complete credit was applied to my final invoice from FreshX. FreshX returned to re-clean supply side ducting, camera inspection showed clean ducts. Payment was not accepted by FreshX until I was happy with the work. I enjoyed working with John and crew...They are conscientious and seem to really care about the quality of work they do.
