+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL PAINTING OF THE HOUSE WAS NEAT, AND DONE VERY CAREFULLY. THERE WASN'T ANY MESS ON THE SIDEWALKS NOR LOWER DRIPS ON THE LOWER PART OF THE HOUSE. HE TOOK GREAT PAINS TO DO A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: HE CAULKED ALL THE WINDOWS AND OPENINGS AROUND THE HOUSE. HE BRUSHED AND PRIMED THE WOOD BEFORE HE PAINTED IT.

+ -1 moreTHE JOB WAS DONE VERY NEATLY AND HE RECOMMENDED SEAMLESS GUTTERS THAT DON'T HAVE TO BE PAINTED. HE PUT THEM ON UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS. ALSO VERY NEATLY DONE. MY TENANTS WERE ALSO PLEASED.
Description of Work: HE PUT NEW GUTTERS ALL AROUND THE HOUSE. HE EVEN PUT AN AREA WHERE A LADDER COULD BE ATTACHED SAFELY.
