+ -1 moreWhile the techs were at my home they stole some electronics and a tool kit from my garage. I didn't get a satisfactory response from their management. They got defensive and basically called me a liar. I wanted them to speak with the techs that came out to my home and then get back with once they'd spoken with them. Instead they got defensive and said that it was my word against theirs.
Description of Work: They repaired part of my water softener system.

+ -1 moreThe only reason I like them so much is they charge like $14 for the salt and stuff that they put into the water softeners. It did not take them too long. They were here for maybe fifteen or twenty minutes, not even. They were great. They do not even have to disturb you to do the job which is wonderful. You do not even have to be home. They come in and do their thing and your water is perfect all the time. Their price was a little high. They did come when they said they were going to come.
Description of Work: I have used Culligan. They just checked the level to make sure that everything is running right, no leaks, and no nothing with the water softener.
