The repair man that Clark Pest Control had do the work was absolutely fantastic in his skill level. I noticed that one of the several repairs was done by simply hiding the damage; a thin piece of wood was glued over the eaves after the damage was cut away with a box cutter, and some anti fungus powder was applied. I am the seller of the home. The buyer did not deserve this deception, and I required Clark to effect the repairs in the correct and proper way. I happen to be a trained and experienced home inspector, so this shoddy work did not escape my notice. The technician was apologetic, and confided that he didn't find that method to be "right" but that his supervisor required it. Skilled, honest workers should not have to be subjected to this type of dilemma. I hope he does not loose his position because of this review. The manager of Clark faced me directly, and to his credit paid the technician to do the project correctly with no cost to me. Honesty is often so illusive in this world ? when we see it we need to do what we can to make things right. Clark Pest Control made things right in the end.
