Description of Work: I wanted treatment for spiders. The garage was sprayed as was the exterior of the house--the ground and eaves. The windows got soiled, so next time I wouldn't have the eaves sprayed.

Description of Work: Mr. Peralta came and assessed the job, taking time to look things over closely, walking around the home and under the home. He made suggestions on the best way to move forward and to monitor the situation then he gave me a price quote. The next day I called and hired him. A couple days later he came and set up bait traps under the house and around the perimeter. He will return in a couple of weeks to check the status of the traps and to discuss where we should go from here.
