My roof developed a leak during the last storms and I reached our to Bill (owner) early in the morning and he sent out his son Chad immediately to assess the situation. They fixed it and are now doing more work on the roof. His son Chad is equally awesome. They are responsive, very communicative, and does quality work. Not much more to ask.

Master roofers, Leo and Noel, "nailed it," working safely and carefully to complete the work in a timely fashion. Price seemed fair and reasonable for the nature, location, and extent of the problem.

Workmanship was first class! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future as they were straight up and easy to work with and followed through on all commitments and kept me apprised on the work in progress daily with texts and attached pictures.

The company stayed in touch with me as they decided the best approach to the repair and took into account the adverse weather. The repairs were completed in a few hours and the cost was even less than estimated! Throughout, the company shared photos of the course of action, damage found, and repairs done.  + -1 moreThe contractor contacted me a couple days after I emailed him and asked him to provide me a quote on roofing work. I was disappointed that he was too busy to provide me with a quote. He was polite and explained why he was unable to provide the quote. Otherwise I have no idea about the products or services provided. Only that the free estimate is apparently conditional.
Description of Work: The contractor was kind enough to call me back after the weekend and decline to provide me a quote. While I was disappointed, the contractor was polite and claimed it was a busy season and he simply couldn't get away to provide a quote.

Description of Work: My roof is of an old, ill conceived ornamental design that has the beams extending out form under the eaves. Looks cool but leads to wood rot and damage on the ends of the beams. Burkleo did a cost effective job of cutting out wood rot, gluing in new replacment wood, and then capping the beams with metal flashing glued down with weather resistant glue/epoxy, which I then repainted. Competative price for the work. Also did another job at my wifes business in 2001 on a very complicated custom architectural design suspension roof, that no other roofer locally would touch due to liability and risk of flaiure. His workers were fast and efficient, and he got it done ahead of schedle. Even thopugh it was a time and materials bid, he didn't milk it, and came in at significanly less than he warned us it could be. due to these two jobs, I most likely won't bother to get other quotes anymore
