+ -1 moreThe glass was okay, it was a frameless shower door. They were slow and they weren't here in a timely manner. There was some correction that had to be made one was I noticed that the door was straight but one corner wasn't and the corners didn't match really well compared to other doors that I've seen. I complained about that and they said they'll send somebody out to make the corrections but they never did. The other thing was I always had to be on the phone to find out things about time constantly about them because otherwise they're very slow and they'd rather deal with big business I guess.
Description of Work: I used Artistic Shower Door & Glass.

Description of Work: Left detailed message with receptionist who took all information and said they would pass on the details and someone would call me back. I never heard from anyone and even called and left a second message with the same conclusion. Cannot recommend.

Description of Work: They put in a shower encloser that later devevolped a leak. It had just recently gone off of the warranty period. "No problem ", Dan, the manager said "we will come out and take care of it, even though it was no longer the warranty period". (I thought that was pretty decent of them.)They removed part of the door hardware and was going to replace it with some revised design, but never did. The workman that was sent out to the property was very sloppy in his work, and was making matters worse. Clearly he was not up to the task, and Dan, the manager, seemed to have had a change of heart and just wanted to drop the job in the middle of it. Now, his fall back was he wasn't obligated because it was no longer on the warranty period. He didn't have an answer for me when I asked him then "Why did you start the repair in the first place?" I complained to him and told him and the owner the ower that they should finish what they started and found them always then willing to promise to take care of it, but then not follow through. Eventually I got sick of trying to deal with them, and went to a totally different company in (Tommy's Glass)Salinas, and had them put in a totally new door. I have not had a prolem since. Since that time I have had them replace another shower door at a different property. I found Artistic Shower Doors to be totally unreliable, and therefore totally unprofessional. I would NEVER go back to them.
