Arrived early by an hour, got the gutters cleaned in no time and were out. No additional charges although they said there might have been when I scheduled. Was great and would use them again!

Our initial contact was replied to within 24 hours and an appointment made at our convenience. The workers showed up on time and performed the gutter cleaning. They noticed a downspout in need of repair and reported it. We chose not to have it repaired by this company because it involves some construction work. For the cleaning work, we were quite pleased.

Customer service is not good.

The service call went very well. The providers arrived when scheduled, performed the service in a friendly and professional way.

Chose this company because of the special at Angie's list. Came on time, did a fine job. The special price ($99) from Angie's list had a gutter length limit--anything over was at a higher rate. They had to go further so the total price was more than it would have been under previous specials (no length limit) on Angie's list with other companies.

They were courteous, professional, and did a good job. Our house is two stories high, but it's on a high, steep hill, and the drop in back could be fatal. They were undaunted. We would recommend them to our neighbors.

Everything went well. They let me know in advance how much extra cost there would be due to the size of my house.

Originally I had purchased a Deal for Window Cleaning. However, there was a mixup on timing when the day arrived. The time they had told me was for when they would arrive to start the job - I thought it was for when they would be at my house in total. I couldn't stay longer to let them do the job, so we had to give up on that. DO check with the phone scheduler on the time to expect the workers to arrive and time to do the job. The company was very good about following up with me and then switching to using the coupon for hanging holiday lights. However, the date available was for when I couldn't be there, so I had to have a friend come and work with them. Unfortunately they weren't able to follow the written instructions I had left so the lights didn't get completed or plugged into the appropriate outlets, and had to be reworked. I had agreed ahead of time to pay for extra time if necessary so paid more than the amount of the Big Deal (there were a lot of lights). I take responsibility for booking the services for a time when I couldn't be there (I asked about weekend appointments but there didn't seem to be that option) and the resulting issues with the work done. I didn't have any personal experience with the staff that came.

The way they cleaned the gutters was to use a leaf blower. Efficient to be sure but the wet, black leaf/mud/water mixture that was in the gutters ended up being sprayed everywhere. It was left on the lawn furniture, fence, driveway and on the roof so that more fell with every breeze. Dreadful experience.

The two men were very stand-offish. They tried to use my hose for the job--I objected & they hauled one out of the truck. I made sure my doors were locked while they worked.

Never started, never finished, won't work in my area even though they made the special offer to my email.

1) I responded to an email for an "Angie's Deal". My windows were dirty and I had been too busy to wash them. It sounded like a great deal! I paid upfront. Then heard nothing. NOTHING! The fineprint said that America's Best would contact me within a few days. (I think it was two, but don't remember.) Then Angie's List contacted me to find out how the service was. What service??? Upon hearing that I had never been contacted, Angie's List took action. Suddenly I received a phone call. By now almost a month had gone by. The caller was apologetic and said that America's Best was trying a new system to contact people which obviously was not working. 2) Once I was contacted all was smooth. We made an appointment. They arrived at the scheduled time. They were polite and efficient. My windows are now spotless. The only problem, and this is a small one, was that not all of my windows were relatched after being cleaned. That night I made sure to go to each window and lock it again. If there had not been the issue in being contacted, I would give America's Best an A grade; they received a B, because waiting a month AFTER paying is not acceptable. I am assuming that they have fixed this issue, otherwise their grade should be much lower.

The first appointment was rained out and had to be reschedule for the next day. When they arrived on the second day I met with the workers and explained what side of the house I was wanting them to clean, since the Big Deal only included a certain amount of feet. They took measurements and let me know the extra charge to do the entire house. I decided to let them perform the entire scope of the work. They went right to work and was done in a short time. Once they completed the job they had me come out to explain what they had cleaned for my approval. I was very satisfied with the work performed.

They did a good job. I felt that it did end up costing a bit more expensive that it should have.

Overall, I was satisfied with the work. However, I thought $765 was very expensive for 2 hours of gutter cleaning. Because I had gotten the Angie's List coupon, which was $120 for 120 feet of gutter cleaning, and $1.50 for each additional foot- I'm not going to have them clean only part of the gutters- so I figured I should just take care of it while they're here. Because of the weather and their coupon special, apparently, they had been overwhelmed with apointments. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost one month to get an appointment which fit my schedule. The two guys who showed up were friendly- they first went up and cleaned out the leaves, and then flushed out the gutters using mostly our hose. I appreciated that they cleaned up the leaves afterwards- so it was less obvious, but some people may not like that they just blew the leaves out to the street or into the shrubbery, rather than picking it up and tossing in the leaves bin. I was disappointed that after discovering a clogged downspout, the guys weren't able to help fix that-they only do gutter cleaning. So now I have to call someone else to clear up our downspout.

Two young hispanic men showed up, and worked their way around the house washing the outside windows. they worked quickly, and got all the windows, but not perfectly. Hard to see when working, but when the light hit in the afternoon, we could see streaks. The men were polite, and worked quickly.

They were easy to work with scheduling, they arrived on time and worked efficiently. They removed screens to clean the windows, and did a good job of washing the house.

They showed up on time and were very efficient.
