They did everything the deal offered. They were on time. My biggest complaint is that the lead window washer was uncommunicative. Here is how the conversation went: WW: "Hi we are here to clean your windows." Me: "Ok, is there anything I need to know before you get started?" WW: "No." Here is what should have been said: WW: "Hi how are you?" "We are the (______) company, we are here to clean your windows." Me: "Is there anything I need to know before you get started?" WW: "Yes, a couple questions first." "Have you ever had your windows professionally cleaned?" Me: "No." WW: "Are your windows new or original?" Me: "Most are original." ( San Francisco 1926 original!) WW: "Because your windows are original, you need to know that there will be some dirt and water that will get in your house." "You should protect all your window treatments before we get started." Me: "Thank you, I will check that right away." As a result of my lack of experience and his lack of communication, I spent at least 2 hours after they left trying to get the 'dirt' of my window treatments and drying my floors.

they cleaned our gutters. I was concerned that they would leave a mess behind, but they cleaned up after themselves. I guess the best way to but this is: the house and property looked that same as it did before they arrived. except we now have clean gutters. Good job!

The crew arrived right on time. I pointed out some peculiarities in the design of the rain gutter system on this particular house (mobile). Most of the gutters were enclosed or covered by roof eaves. We reached a mutual agreement that we would not take a chance on causing considerable gutter and downspout damage, and the work order was cancelled. The person I spoke with was very professional in assessing the situation and making logical recommendations.

I made arrangements with the company to clean the gutters then received a call about a week later changing the date. They were to clean the gutters which when then did show up they sprayed the debris off the gutters onto the ground which they left to be cleaned up. I called their office the next day which they had them come back out to clean up what they left behind. Also they did not ask me what type of roof I had which is tile and when they performed the work they walked on the roof to clean it. If I had known they were going to walk on the tiles I would not have hired them.

Crew of 2 showed up on an Angie's List coupon. Easy to schedule - they were prompt and polite - clear on ultimate estimate. Did a great job on the windows - Was surprised they did not clean the sills or the sliders but perhaps that is not a given. Fast, nice, professional otherwise.

Their service was very good. They were courteous and on time. The price was great.

They arrived, introduced themselves, had a look at the windows I wanted cleaned, and got to work.

We contacted America's Best because they had a special price and a good rating on Angie's List. We set up a time and date. They called and had to cancel but we were able to reset the date and time. Two workmen showed up right on time and efficiently went about clearing the gutters. They had an assortment of ladders and other equipment so had no difficulty reaching the gutters on the upper floor. When they were finished they cleaned up all the leaves and debris and took it away with them.

They did fine. They weren't great, but they weren't bad, either. I don't remember if they were on time or not. They had to reschedule a couple times, I think.

Nice work, would use them again.

It was the first time I had used them. They showed up on time and did a good job.

After some weather and technician sick delays that were communicated by the office the technician finally showed up to complete the gutter cleaning on a day that I had not been gold about. Fortunately, I was home that day .The technican was friendly and did a good job cleaning the gutters. However, after the technician left I found 1 gutter cover that had not been replaced and had to get out the ladder and replace it myself. Overall it was an OK experience. The company could have done a better job of keeping me informed on the status of the cleaning.

Everything was left clean and so far no problems.

I am writing this many months after the service. The two workman arrived on time. There was some discussion because I had purchased two Big Deal coupons from Anigies List, one for pressure washing or exterior window cleaning and one for cleaning up to 10 windows inside or out. I planned to use them for pressure washing and cleaning all the windows. The workman in charge checked with his home base to confirm that I had in fact purchased two separate coupons. Home base confirmed and they got started. It took them less than an hour to do my whole (albeit small) house, including all the windows inside and out. They did a thorough job, no streaking on any of the windows. The house looked like it had a fresh paint job and lots more light came through those windows.

excellent service, great communication. they were quick and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. will definiteky recommend and use again.

I took advantage of a Angie's List Big Deal for America's Best at the beginning of 2012 for my house (2 story - Lots of windows). They did such a great job that when I saw another Big Deal for them, I bought it for my 89 year old mom's house. Let me tell ya, I love her but she's has gotten to be a real curmudgeon and very critical over the years. So I was flabbergasted, when she called me just after they left and just raved about what a great job they did and how nice they were. Actually, that's why I bought the Big Deal for her. Her windows really did need cleaning and I had the exact same experience with them that she did. In fact, I have created a contact for them in my Windows Outlook. I would and will hire them again regardless of a Big Deal. I don't know what they normally charge and I don't much care. They are really pleasant and flexable to work with and they do a very good job. Good luck finding that combination with most other vendors at any price.

They arrived on time and cleaned the gutters thoroughly

They did ok but they didn't cover all the windows I needed and they charged more for extra windows.

When they cleaned the inside of my windows on the first story it is 20-feet but they didn't use a ladder on them; instead they used a long pole. Without a ladder there was no way for me to get there to clean it off so the water sort of sat on the sill and eventually worked it's way down the wall. I wasn't very happy with their service. They were responsive; I went beyond their twenty window limit but they were courteous. I feel they didn't take that extra measure because they needed a long ladder on the inside. They used a ladder on the outside but not on the inside.

The company did a good job washing the windows, but did not replace the screens properly on some of the windows.

No return calll. I have left 2 more messages and not received a return call. Guess this was simply a $99 lesson

They were not responsive, only calling me when Angie's List reach out them and then they were very defensive. I did not want to work out them and got the deal refunded.

The appointment had to be changed due to rain, but on the day of the appointment, they came 10 minutes outside of their original window, which meant I was late for a work appointment. I had to call several times to get an update on the timing, but when they did arrive, the work was done professionally.

This service went nicely. The servicemen (2) arrived in the earlier part of the 2-hour arrival-time window. One seemed to be the "lead", and the other his assistant. Both very cordial. I had applied post-it notes to remind me of which of our various windows I wanted them to do (needs professional reach) and which I was doing myself (within my reach). They were very accommodating, and they performed the work very well for the most part except for a few streaks that neither my husband I can reach outside to correct. As for my B rating on Price, that's because I am pretty sure I've seen this same/similar offer by America's Best for a lower price since then, and of course that'd be a better price, and also because they worked so quickly that the per-hour fee didn't seem right, leaving me wishing for a lower rate to the company and having more to tip the servicemen. I'll hire this firm again, and will simply take the time to check each window for streaks they depart. That should up the Quality rating to an A next time.

The two guys who did the work were great and they did a great job. However, I didn't realize until they measured the perimeter of my house that the "100 feet for $99" offer would only cover about a third of the gutters. My fault for not paying attention to begin with, but frustrating just the same. So, since I have a detached garage, I told them to clean those gutters and call it even. The work was excellent and they even cleaned out a piece of the gutters on my house that they could reach from the garage. They left me more than satisfied.
