Job was professional and fine.

Everything turned out fine. They came in and did what they were supposed to do and they were very quick and polite.

Well, they did a satisfactory work, they came on time. But they kept walking on my wall and I asked them not to.

Poorly as they arrived late and tried to rush job and charge more.

As mentioned above, use of the provider was through a recent Angie's List deal. It was difficult to get the appointment scheduled, perhaps due to the popularity of the deal. Once the appointment was scheduled, the team showed up on time and got to work. Things were cleaned up well, and they gave us some insight into what is happening with our gutters. The deal only covered a fixed amount of linear footage. The overage in terms of "actual" linear footage seemed a bit high, but I didn't protest because they seemed like they did a good job. I would use them again to clean our gutters. Frankly, I don't like heights - and they were fine with it!

I made the appointment, confirmed the appointment and they did not show, and did not even call to say they would not be coming over to do the work that was agreed upon. A company should never do this to a customer. This is truly not fair because I waited home all afternoon for them to show up to do the work.

My first call for scheduling appointment took a couple of days to schedule, but I later had to reschedule due to my schedule conflict. On the rescheduled appointment, the morning that they were supposed to come, about an hour before the appointment the company called to say they don't have anyone who can come and advised me to get a refund from Angies List for the Big Deal. Because the company contracts with local contractors, this makes it hard to evaluate their quality even if work did get done (since for each type of job, it is probably different contractors anyways). For me, due to the scheduling difficulties, work did not get done and in the future, I would probably want to deal directly with a local company rather than go through America's Best to avoid the hassles.

I was not very pleased with the work that was done on this project by America's Best, Inc. I had a section of gutter that I really needed, so I probably should have had that section done and left the rest for another time. The gutters were clogged and full of dirty water and they walked along the edge of the roof and used a leaf gutter to blow the leaves and dirty water out of the gutter and down below. It left an incredible mess. The dirty water was all over our barbecue area, porch and my car. It ended up in a lot of places that required a lot of clean-up afterwards. It was not a good experience. I should have had them start right when I saw different things happening while they were doing it.

We were pleased with that. It turned out to be good.

They were on time. Did the work that they said they would. They did the work professionally as well.

I never saw this coming. They were not willing to work with us on the pricing on site. I ended up asking them to cancel the entire service and I'm getting a refund. They were very willing to let that happen and said it would be no problem to get a refund.

They were outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, carefully cleaned every window. We would gladly hire them again.

Punctual, did a good job. No issues. Not the most talkative friendly group, but did a professional job.

I thought that gutter cleaning would be a good thing, so I bought the Big Deal. By the time I had a free weekend that I would be around, the offer had expired.

They came, they washed the windows and they did an okay job. The reason I have a slightly negative feeling is that they were removing screens to get to the windows to wash them and I just discovered one of the screens was damaged.

Ok - price was not a deal in the end

I liked the people. They were both very informative. One worked outside and one worked inside. The time element was great. Good value. It was excellent.

America's Best was a joy to work with. They arrived 15 minutes early. Finished the job in approximately 45 minutes, and left my windows sparkling clean inside and out. I'll use them whenever I need to have my windows cleaned.

wasted deal as the time expired

Arrived late. Would only use their clips, and only put up 2 of the 3 strings I had. Spent about 20 minutes on the job. The lights fell off in places within a week. I just got up there and did it myself.

I got a call right away from the office to set up an appt. The 2 men came a few minutes early and finishing the job within an hour. I had 6 additional windows washed @ $8.00 each (a little high, I think). They were very efficient and the lead guy was very courteous and professional. I wouldn't say it was a perfect job, but a very good one. I'm happy with the service. I probably wouldn't pay full price but I would definitely use them again for the discounted price.

Initially we were just going to have them clean 20 windows outside, but when we saw what a good job they were doing, we decided to have them do all the windows (we have a lot of windows!). They did a great job and we were very pleased.

Called company - they were a call center in so califorornia. Time between call and available appointment was a bout three weeks; seems long. Only one of the staffers who showed up had a minimal ability to understand English, making it extremely difficult to communicate. They did a pretty good job though once they got going.

Overall I give the service a B-. They weren't terribly easy to schedule but once scheduled they arrived on the right day and did a good job of cleaning.
