I called and got someone right away. They were very pleasant and prompt to call me back.

Marginal, would not use again. It was easy to schedule the appointment, "Diane" was very friendly and professional. I was given a 2 hour window and they did show up in that time frame. I was not expecting that the deal I had bought for 20 inside windows meant only 1 side of the window. Who cleans 1 - side? This should have been told to me up front. I did have them do 5 windows that I could not reach for an extra $50.00. Also, windows that were done on first floor were not clean. I asked them to do it again but the guy in charge said the windows had water stains and they could not be cleaned. He stated it would take a special chemical cleaner which they did not bring, but I could have them come back and pay more for recleaning the windows. After they left, my Windex and some elbow grease got the "water stains" off. Funny how the one guy in charge did not do the work, but only stood at the front of the house while the other workers did the work. Seems inefficient to have a supervisor with the crew that is not "hands on".

They did power wash my house and cleaned 4 windows as promised , however the broken screen has left me with an unexpected expense. And instead of a morning, it cost me most of the day due to the late arrival

I bought the Big Deal the day I first signed up for Angie's List. I think it was half-price for 20 windows. As I was moving into a new house, I wanted to have the windows cleaned inside-and-out before the movers came on Monday. I had been out of town and had come back early from a trip specifically to meet America's Best at 8AM on Saturday morning. They did not show up. I left two messages between 9AM and 9:30 with no reply. Then, I called a few other numbers I had and by 9:45 had another person lined up to come over and take care of the cleaning for the same price. At 10:30AM, I did get a phone call from the person who was supposed to show up at 8AM that morning. I told him he did not need to come. About 45 minutes later, his boss called and asked why I wanted to talk with him. I told him I did not need to speak with him. He asked if someone had shown up to do the work, I said no and explained what had happened and that I had someone else taking care of it already. He simply said, "I don't need the story, all I need to know is if you want us there." So, I said no, thank you. I have never heard from the company. I still do not have my money back and it looks like I won't. Not only would I not recommend America's Best, but I will never buy a Big Deal again. Too bad and lesson learned.

We had to re-schedule once or twice, but once we had our appointment set it went very well. They guys arrived a little late, but were very communicative about where they were and let us know that they were going to be a little late. They were very nice, respectful, and did a great job on all of our glass. We have a modern house, so the glass is an important feature. I've experienced other window cleaners (they dinged up drywall getting the screens out, left dirt, etc), and ABWC was definitely better. Hands down. Because of the job they did + their great price, I will definitely be calling them again!
