Excellent. Easy to make appointment. Crew showed up exactly on time even though I was give an 3 hour window. The crew consisted of a man and his son. They worked together well and it was nice to see a dad and son team. The job took about an hour and a half. Spotless windows, clean screens, awesome. Windows alone were $119 but why not get the screens cleaned for $2 more per screen. Will definitely put this company on my future contact list.

The window cleaning & screen cleaning was good. However, after they had left it looked like there was a dent on the rain gutter where we thing they had put their ladder up against it.

It went well. They arrived on time, had all the required ladders and equipment and were careful to remove shoes upon entering the house. There was virtually no banter or chatter among them, they just went to work and finished promptly. I would use them again and recommend them for anyone.

It turned out great. At the time they weren't doing any special deals on screens, but the lady who I spoke with about the windows told me that they would be offering a deal on screen cleaning in the future. Sure enough, I saw another deal and I purchased it and plan on having them done in the future. Also, it was amazing to watch them wash the windows!

I met them at the property, showed them where the hose outlets were, and they did the rest. I went out for coffee and when I returned, they were wrapping up and ready for me to inspect. Very happy!

This was in San Francisco. Prior to booking, I notified the company of the size of the windows. I was advised there would be a seam in the tint film because of the large size. I understood this. This installation was the first time the workers had ever used the product. They had no prior experience and the windows were large. They left bubble and streaks in the film. Edges were ragged and the seam was sloppy. In addition, the colors of two pieces on one window did not match, as the tint film was installed in two different directions. I contacted the company the next day on 3/23/12 and spoke with Desiree about the issues. On 3/26/12 supervisor Ron came to my residence and saw the problems. He spoke with Desiree by phone. They both agreed to refund my money paid to Angie's for the service. They said I had to go through Angie's for the credit. I contacted Angie's for the credit. However, the company now denies the agreement made in my presence and refuses to credit me for their unprofessional work. I will use another company to remove the tint film and apply it correctly. Unfortunately, America's Best, Inc. is nowhere near the best in window tinting and refuses to stand by their agreements.

I purchased this service as an Angie's List deal for about $100. Two guys showed up on time, measured the gutters, then got my approval for an additional $220 due to the length of the gutters. The guys took about an hour and a half to clean out the gutters with a leaf blower and the garden hose. They neatly put away our hose when they were done. I won't know how well their service worked until it rains again. The $350- cost seems high for the amount of time spent on the job.

They were super friendly and helpful, but I ended up needing something different service than the Big Deal offered. I got a refund from Angie's List and will use them at a later date.

It was super-easy to arrange an appointment. The technician arrived during the scheduled time interval and did the job quickly and well. There was an extra charge for the amount over 100 feet which was explained in advance and was very reasonable. We'll definitely use America's Best again!

They were phenomenal. The windows were so clean I thought they forgot to put the screens back on. They were thorough. They got in and out fast and did a fantastic job. We were amazed.

They sent a team of 4 people which seemed like an overkill. Not a perfect installation, but close. Arrived within the time window. Removed their shoes before entering house.

They did a very good job on most of the windows. They were extremely polite and extremely quiet. They were very easy to talk with. There was a problem with one of the windows and they came back to fix it. I believe it might be a part of the windows.

The last time I used them they forgot three sections of windows. One was a large window, and another was a smaller window that they didn't even look for. It's not cool that they missed such a large window. I had to call them back a second time, and had to schedule another three hours to wait for these people. It was a pain in the butt. Their work was just OK, not great. The first time they came, they were 45 minutes late. I will not use them again.

First off this was one of " The Big Deals" advertised on Angie's list. We called to set up an appointment to have the gutters cleaned. They were polite, prompt, friendly, professional and also told us of their window cleaning service.The price was $230.00 for our windows ( we have lots of them ) and $99.00 for gutter cleaning. The crew came out and seemed to do an excellent job on both the gutters and the windows. That is until 2 hours after they left when our sink on the first floor began backing up with black colored water filled with leaves. It was a good thing we were home or the carpet would have been ruined. We called a plumber to unplug the back up and he confirmed the pipe from the gutters and the sink shared a common pipe. He was able to dislodge and suck up all the debris from the gutters ( leaves ). This cost us $150.00. My husband called the company America's Best Window Cleaning and spoke with Desiree Joachim ( 866-946-2532 )and related the story. Desiree said it was not their fault and that their workers always remove the leaves and do not flush them into the pipes. We were very disappointed in this response and thought we should let Angie and fellow consumers know. Too bad the company became defensive versus working out a mutually satisfactory solution.

I took the day off from work to be home for the service, but the vendor canceled due to weather. I explained that getting time off from work was problematic for me, and the vendor offered to reschedule and not require me to be home. They offered to call me if there were any unexpected issues, so we rescheduled. On the second date, they forgot to note the agreements made and so the workers left because I was not home. The vendor was apologetic. So the cleaning was rescheduled a third time, and the agreements that I did not need to be present were noted in the account. The vendor did show up and then called to inform me that the amount of gutter I had was 35 feet over the allowable 100 feet and that the additional gutter cleaning would cost $56. Given that the cost of 100 feet was $99 this felt like a very high amount but at this point I did not feel I had any option other than to approve the additional cost.

The deal is $119. I usually have spent $149 in the past however since I had almost double the square footage It was 219.50 It was very fast because it is a one story. This is why the usual person only charges $149 but they were here and drove from somewhere farther out so I felt I had to go through with it but I would not do it again. The person I usually have could not come until February since they had a sick relative. They did a good job but I had no idea how many square feet it was. I figured it is a 2500 square foot one story house so that would be $119 since I am used to that. The two young men were professional and did a great job. I have no complaints at all. It just was not as good of a deal as it seemed. I guess one should know how many square feet of gutters one has rather than the square footage of the house and that it is just a one story house. In all honesty, I did not realize how good a deal I had before so now I will appreciate that more. They used a power washer and were done quickly. They cleaned up well. I would recommend them.

This was one of Angie's specials. (The last one I will fall for.) One guy did all the talking. He was polite enough but acted like he was doing us a favor. I have three complains: First, they moved patio furniture to get to the windows (which are all on the ground level) and did not replace the furniture where they found it, leaving me to straighten up afterward. Second, they did not bring a ladder to do tall windows. They looked around and found a sawhorse and used that to stand on to get the tops of some windows. This was unsafe since they had to balance on the 1.75 inch board while working. Then they left the sawhorse where they had used it,without bothering to put it back where they found it. Third, for the service rendered, the price was much too high. $180 for two guys working a half hour is clearly exorbitant.

They arrived on time and assessed the job. When they suggested that my roof should also be cleaned as the gutters would fill again soon if it wasn't, I declined to have them do that. They went ahead and cleaned my gutters which were packed full and even went beyond and cleaned my roof too. They were very courteous and did a great job. I will call them again next time.

The guys ckeaned my gutters. They did a very good job and most of all they cleaned up after themselves. I will be happy to use them again. Oh, they were very polite too,.

The whole experience was great. They said they would be here between 12 noon and 3pm and they were here at 12pm sharp. They had 4 guys in a truck with blowers and ladders and were ready to go. I got them to confirm that the amount of linear footage of gutters that I had to clean was within the range of the coupon/ deal and they said that it was. Between the 4 of them they were doing all the gutters simultaneously, and they also blew the leaves off the roof as well as out of the gutters. When they were done they blew off the driveway and front steps, and sprayed the area clean with the hose as well. I believe they were out of there in less than 45 minutes. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

I bought and Angie's List deal of the day provided by America's Best Windows. I e-mailed the company to schedule the appointment and it took a couple of days for them to return the e-mail but then were very responsive with scheduling the work. I was told they would arrive between 11AM and 2PM and would call me when they were on their way. They didn't call and arrived 5 minutes before 2PM. My only real complaint is that they came in a van that was marked Janitorial Services with a different company name. I think the company contracts out with other regional companies to complete the work? I'm fine with that but would have liked a heads up that the workers would not be in a company vehicle. That said, the work was thorough and completed in about half of the estimated time.

Purchased Angie's List special for $259 for 15 windows and added additional windows/screens to be cleaned. The house had been neglected over the years and had many cob webs, dirt and wasp nests in the eaves which were all removed. Total time at house was about 2 hours to powerwash 2000 SF and clean 21 windows and 15 screens. There was some confusion with the onsite team with the # of windows to be cleaned included within the deal and the cost of additional windows to clean, so I made a call to Desiree to confirm and she had a manager contact the team to clarify final # windows/cost on the spot. Very happy with the overall result and great value for the price. House looks like new!

Overall, I felt they did a good job and the house looked cleaner and the windows were clean well. I did feel like the team leader had a little trouble understanding some of the areas of the eaves I wanted cleaned, but I was finally able to get him to see the area missed. I did feel like they did an EXCELLENT job at getting all the screens cleaned, which was way over due. I think $422 is a little much to spend on cleaning the outside of the home but I may just have sticker shock from moving from the East coast.

Nothing happened except I attempted to reach them unsuccessfully.
